Legit worst customer service I could have received anywhere. Pretty sure a toddler is smarter than the two girls working in this store. Went in for a warranty on a phone that I had t-mobile send there. Worst idea ever. Phone wouldn't turn on. They tried for five minutes to turn on a broke phone. Then refused to give me the warranty phone bc the broke phone wouldn't turn. The entire reason why I was there. The worst customer service ever. I've had better customer service at a carnival. To add insult to injury their employee David Lent thought it would be a good idea to bully my wife after I had been there and she went to try and solve the problem a calmer way. Way to go t-mobile. I was with AT&T service for 23 years in California & decided to switch to T-Mobile after moving to Oklahoma. What a disaster it has been For the past two weeks I have been given false promises, dealt with trickery in the sales, incomplete explanations and all around unscrupulous principles! I was lied to about not being able to get the phone I wanted given a temporary phone number that was useless & they couldn't move my data over to the new phone etc. To make a very long story short and wasted effort/time I ended up walking out today because they told me that I owed them more money. For the same phone that I walked in with, simply because they informed me that there was a 30 minutes pass rule after they terminated my phone to what I was suppose to upgrade to. So I phone I previously wanted. Because they said I had authorized it ( the time limit was never mentioned) & when 30 minutes had passed I decided it was to expensive to upgrade & was going to keep my phone of less than 2weeks. They never told me about the 30 minute time limit & I was there 2 1/2 hours waiting for them to figure it out. So they stalled on purpose. When I said forget it I will just keep this phone they said they would "CALL THE POLICE." Way out of line "my husband is a retired sheriff." I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. Feeling taken advantage of & fooled I paid a additional $ 117 to leave the store with the same phone. I also started this nightmare with the T-Mobile Shawnee store switched to the Seminole store with stories of better customer service. HA! on me:( read more

Every time I come to the store I get mad, we came in yesterday, customer service is not taught to the employees here, waited and waited no help, so we thought we would come back today, we'll nope we still didn't get help waiting for an hour!!! I am a "Sprint" Customer at T-Mobile and I have visited the local store 3 times now to get my account migrated to T-Mobile, upgrade my phones and add a line and get home internet. It's been 3 different stories about why I can't do that. I would say if you are a true T-Mobile customer they treat you better but in my opinion, after watching the staff is that they just treat everyone like dirt. On the first trip, I wanted to get T-Mobile Home Internet, I was told oh you can't have that because you are not a T-Mobile customer. So I said let's migrate me over... oh you can't do that you don't have all your phones here. On the second trip, I have all 4 phones, I want home internet, and while we are here let's move 2 numbers to a separate account. I was met with We can't do that it takes 24 hours to set up a new account you will need to come back tomorrow. I explain that my son is leaving and only made the trip so we could pull his numbers off to a new account. They ended up creating an account for him and porting his numbers over then told me to come back in 24 hours. 48 hours later, I show up, explain all my trips to the person behind the counter and I am met with oh you can't port your phones over because you lease them. So let's pay off the lease on both phones. And the answer is that the clerk can't do that. He told me he couldn't take my money to pay off the lease on my phone. I called Sprint/T-Mobile from the parking lot who informed me I could do everything online EXCEPT migrate my account from Sprint to T-Mobile. Since they are the closest store I have to go there again today or take a 1/2 day off work and drive an hour to the next nearest store. Might be time to look at a different carrier... read more

I have had the most horrible experience with t-mobile, I was lied to constantly about multiple things and now I'm being told I'm gonna be charged close to $300 for something I don't even have. I switched carriers because of the lies and bs they kept giving us and we will not ever be going back! read more

I was lied to constantly. Strung along after being sent a nonworking phone that only rang three times out of over 10 voicemails received and many more that told me they tried to call but i did not answer and they could not leave a voicemail! I paid for a smartphone. When it got here i spent up to four hours at a time and as many as six times in one day with shorter conversations trying to get anything to work on it. I mailed it back and they mailed it back to me and told me it worked. IT DID NOT. Would not even open the aps that came on the phone-none of them. I could not text or receive a text. NOTHING. It is now over a month later and many lies have been told to me. I am done and hope to prevent someone else the headache of dealing with this company that should all be ashamed of what they do and how they treat the elderly and disabled. read more
