We were in a bind with a complex service switchover issue (naturally it is happening over a long weekend, ha) and were directed to come into a storefront for help. We were so relieved to not just find a store right here in Choctaw (so convenient) but also to be greeted by an employee (Breana) and a store manager (Kelvin) who were both ready to help. They listened to our long saga without getting stressed and quickly focused in on solutions. What a relief. We would have been in a true job related emergency without theit help. We went to this store in Choctaw yesterday. I had jumped in our pool with my husbands pbone which he had less than a year. OOPs. Anyway as soon as we walked in store associate Jeremy asked us to sit down and what he could do for us. I explained what happened to the phone. Since it was insured he told us we could get a new phone within days of submitting a claim WOW. We then asked about my phone which would not notify me when I received text. It had been a year, and even after asking help from family.members noone could figure out the problem. Jeremy's magic touch set it up in no time, and I now hear a ping again everytime I receive a text. We were also having problems with our air internet. Jeremy patiently watched me, an old lady, draw out our home situation. He explained what may be the problem, gave us a phone number to call, and told us what to ask for to resolve the problem. Gosh, was he patient, courteous and attentive to our every need. We left thinking there was no way we change our plan, as suggest by our children. We were very happy with Jeremy"s help. If we could give a rating of '10' we would. Thank you Jeremy for making us feel our every concern was worth your time no matter how trivial. read more

Went to this store to take advantage of my wife's employer discount. Greeted by employee A (African American female) at the door. We told her the reason we were there. She then proceeded to consult with employee B (Caucasian American female). Employee B was able to navigate their system and returned the device to employee A. Employee A proceeded to enter the information, made a typo; so, I corrected her. We then tried to change our address since we just moved. Employee A entered our new address in the "Attention" column. I corrected her again. Employee A then put the new address in the "Street Number" column - effectively changing our address to New address Old address New City, new Zip When I corrected employee A again, employee B stepped in to correct the issue. Considering they made so much errors, my wife asked to verify the address. Employee B hesitated and finally the manager (African American male) stepped in and showed her. The manager then told us it'll take 2 billing cycles for the change of address to be effective. Overall, horrible customer service. Similarly, horrible systems. What kind of system takes 2 billing cycles for change of address to take effect? I almost wanted to apologize to employee A for disrupting her movie. Obviously, she's more concern with the movie that's playing on the big screen tv than helping paying customers. Stay away unless bad customer service and errors in your account are what you live for. read more

These guys seem genuine but unfortunately are incompetent. They didn't know how to cancel an order. They didn't know how to look up an order via order number. Two things that the Midwest City manager assured me they should have been trained to do. DO NOT assign this store to pick up a new device. They do not know how to process your order and you'll be stuck trying to cancel your order, the automatic 3 day cancellation starts when you're ready to pick up. So, if they don't process the order, you'll never automatically time out. This is not a main ATT store, so the quality is hit or miss. This store is a miss. Avoid at all costs. read more

My wife and I decided to upgrade our phones, i wanted the Galaxy S20 and the wife wanted the new apple 12 mini. It was a mess to say the least! The Manager Tonya is not professional, and doesn't know enough about phones or customer service to be a manager. She transferred my sim info to the new phone before verifying the phone color with me. I lost all of my contacts because she couldn't transfer it back to my old phones sim, and put a new sim in it. She demanded that i log into a backup email account that i no longer have access to, and argued that my contacts are NOT saved on my sim card. After 35 mins of her bumbling around on my phone i became irritated, and said this is f#c#ing ridiculous under my breath. At which point she immediately threatened to call the police, demanded I leave the store, and refused to give us the franchise owners information when my wife asked for it. My wife got the new 12 mini, but was told that we needed to finish the setup on our own at home because it would take to long in the store. So both of us left the store with blank phones, my old one and her new one with no info or contacts at all on them. We didn't even get paperwork for the purchase. read more
