We walked in mid afternoon and we were the only ones there. She just needed a new flip phone as her old one was obsolete and both reps were able to help us out. Very grateful for their patience as the phone was in my dad's name and since he passed away recently we had no idea what the pin number was, etc. They were able to get this info, order her a new phone, and it was in less than 2 days. We picked it up a few days later and again super impressed with the service. They activated it, made sure calls came in and out on it, and made sure she was comfortable with it. What a great experience.

I heard nothing so I went back in there on Friday December 2 and he shows me he has it opened up (4 screws) but hasn't had a chance to troubleshoot it yet so he couldn't tell me what was wrong with it or how much it would cost to repair.
