The Holland Dunham's associates were of no help and refused to refund our money, as they didn't have another bike in stock for exchange. Likewise, the Kalamazoo Dunham's was of no help and after they hung up on us for the third time, we gave up on them. The Grand Rapids Dunham's did their best, but ultimately were of no help. Back to Aaron and Steve, from the South Haven Dunham"s. They went above and beyond to take care of our problem. They were courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you Steve and Aaron at the South Haven Dunham's. We will always return to the South Haven store for future purchases.
