If I could give this place Zero stars i would. They are the rudest, most sarcastic so called "employees" I've ever encountered in my life. They took me through the process of signing up for new service and at the very end tell me the price of the phone out the door. Before that they made it sound like I'm not going to owe anything because I had a trade-in. After the 2 hour process of signing up, they tell me it's going to be $200 plus out the door. I said I couldn't afford it and that I wanted to cancel. I specifically asked what happens to the account I just made and the "employee" said she would cancel it. Well come to find out 18 days later she never cancelled it and they were going to bill me for a service i never had. I called to tell them this and they insisted i needed to be in-store in order to cancel. I explained that I was very aggravated and yes I said a curse word. But not to the "employer" herself. I was just f'n mad at the situation. When I went into the store she had an attitude with me the second I walked in demanding I don't say any curse words or she would not help me. Since when is it a crime to say a curse word? Especially when it's not toward anyone but the situation itself? She acted like I assaulted her favorite puppy before I even walked in the door. I remained as silent and polite as I could. After going thru the 1 hour process of cancelling my account, they said it was cancelled. We asked for proof of cancellation in writing, and she got severely defensive and said I could record her saying it was cancelled. Well why couldn't I have it in writing? Why does she think she owns T-Mobile? She started getting hostile with me and told me to never come back to the store. Do not worry I will never return with "employees" who lie, gas light, blame the customer, get defensive when you call out their lies, and stand up for yourself and your own credit. This place is a joke and "Minnie W." Is the worst person I've ever encountered in my life. And so is "Shannon" they are not fit to work in society. They should stay home. read more
