This T-Mobile location is convenient and close to my home, which is a big plus. However, the staffing and efficiency definitely need improvement. When staff are available, they're not very efficient, and during busy times they tend to disappear to the back for no clear reason--someone usually has to go get them. The speed of service is slow, and things could run much smoother if the team showed more urgency and worked more efficiently. The staff themselves are neutral--not rude, but not particularly friendly either. On the positive side, the store is generally clean and well-maintained. Reason infinity +1 why Amazon will take over the world... My daughter and I stopped by at 6:10 pm on a Tuesday thinking we could quickly purchase a pair of ear buds and a lightning adaptor. We were not acknowledged by either of the two employees present who were helping other customers ( "We'll be with you as soon as we can" would have sufficed.) After 10 minutes, the male employee finished with his customer and without saying a word to us went outside to the parking lot with his girlfriend. The female employee continued on with her customer without giving us a clue if and when we could be helped. At this point we gave up and went across the street to Target, which was out of lightning adaptors. We went back to the car and quickly ordered what we needed from Amazon with my cell phone. Consumers have choices. If you choose to treat your customers like they're invisable, soon you will have no customers. read more

I had the worse experience at this T Mobile store. They messed up my T Mobile device like data and other futures there and another rep. tried to sell me a new phone although the one I have is 7-8 months old and that has internet for $ 60/month but she wasn't honest enough to disclose the truth that is not coming with security coverage. Because of that reason I returned it next day unused, the store manager started arguing with me and I asked for my old account back, she made a new one but took away the receipts of that returned phone and another new ones while I was looking in the store still in front of her and she kept too long my credit card by her side when the honest representatives due the transaction in front of the customer. Recently I found out a new unjustified charge of T Mobile. Also found out that my account was closed which I never did, every time going there Ii had to pick another new pin. Just horrible, unbelievable, I don't understand how this big company employ people like that. Stay away from this store. read more

I have been a customer of T-Mobile since their inception. In the past couple of years their customer service has been terrible!!! Four days ago I went to switch to another provider but T-Mobile will not release me. I do not owe them any money have have NO contract with them. Walked in to speak to a representative and ask a simple question. One of the reps that was on his way out to lunch yells out "your third", I stood there and said "huh" (with a confused look),."yeah! There are two people ahead of you and you will be helped as soon as they are done, so stand in line and someone will be right with you. This place was no bigger than my room and there were people roaming around everywhere. There was no line to put myself in, and people kept walking in. I waited 15min and the only two associates working they were still helping the same people since I got there. I figured I might as well leave and go to another T-Mobile store. read more

This is by far the worst T-Mobile in the history of ever! I wish I would have gotten the names of the two douche nozzles that "helped" me!! Please take my advice and don't waste your time or your breath going to this store!!! Just call T-Mobile directly trust me don't go here!! I almost cancelled my account because of the two probably high school dropouts that attended me! Thankfully I left there and called customer service with my issue and now I'm getting a brand new phone at no charge! Dumb and dumber tried to convince me to keep paying off my phone that was not working and pay them for a brand new phone! I wish I would have told them to go eat a bag of dicks but I held my composure and just walked out!!! It literally took me less than 10 mins on the phone with T-Mobile customer service and they are overnighting me a brand new phone at new charge! As it was black friday i understand the waiting time was a little bit more than usual. As this day was only one in few that my husband could come and get our phones upgraded we had no choice and we had to take our kids as well (3 & 6yr olds) We waited and waited, kids were angels. Our little one had to go potty, i nicely asked if she can use their bathroom and the rep said NO...really wtf big deal if she used their restroom...i had to go few doors down to use some other stores restroom. That got me mad I'm trying to give them business again and they treat you like a number. And have to agree with the other persons post posted 3yrs ago...staff on location is just ok had few q's myself and they were not able to answer them . read more

Very busy store. Went on a Saturday about two weeks ago. No greater to assist you when you walk into the store. Someone has to see you and then assist you. I was changing from Brightspot to Tmobile which will no longer be available 2016. Since Brightspot used Tmobile lines, I decided to stay with them and also the phones had no problem hooking up. i like to see in writing what plans were available. Nothing was on paper. We activated for a small fee but could not tell us exactly what the fee was for. I had sims cards sent to us by TMOBILE. One did not work and did not charge us for a new one. I love my window phones. No windows phones in Tmobile store but high end Samsung etc. My husband has a 521 and I have a 640 which I love. Ya they don't' have as many apps as android but I have apps that i want. Walked around looking at the phones and nothing around $100.00 for those of us who don't want to spend + 600.00 on a phone. I saw no lower end phones. When I need a new phone will probably look at another carrier that will support the less expensive Lumia Windows phone and not just Android more expensive phones. I was not pressured to get a different phone. read more
