I'd like to share my experience with T-Mobile and recommend it to others. The manager, Young, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When I explained the benefits of T-Mobile to my neighbor, we visited Young to sign up. T-Mobile offers great perks, including Hulu, Apple TV, Netflix, and AAA, depending on your device plan. I particularly love the free WiFi in-flight, which has saved me a lot of money. Additionally, the T-Mobile Life app offers discounts on a variety of items. My neighbor was able to save a lot of money by switching from ATT, and we worked with Ada who was also very helpful in getting the phones activated. I encourage anyone looking for a mobile carrier to give T-Mobile a try and experience its benefits firsthand. read more

Awful just awful. Gentlemen with shoulder length hair tried to help me and had no idea what he was talking about. I had talked to a customer support rep, earlier in the week who informed me that I could get a replacement phone and upgrade at a T-Mobile location. I walked in, and was immediately told that I would have to call to use my insurance that he couldn't do anything in store, gave my a value twice as much as what my deductible was and was talking in circles. I walked out literally contemplating on switching carriers. I ended up going to another T-Mobile location (Hanover Park) and was immediately assisted with and informed of all my options, where I was able to walk out of the store with a new phone. Save yourself the frustration and visit any other store besides this one. read more

So stupid me! Two weeks ago I went back to the same freaking "manager training store" as they called, the freaking place is five blocks away from my house! Looking for a phone to replace my mothers broken phone. Well ti my surprise some idiot guy named Syed pulled a fast one and signs me up for insurance on the phone after I told the crooked idiot Syed I didn't want insurance , well I left the store but something told me to call Tmobile's customer service. Which by the way is always awesome! and that's when I found out Syed the idiot put insurance on the phone without my okay and apparently the idiot signed the paperwork because I didn't signed any papers or digitally. So if you go there U DO JOT RECOMMENDED stay away from the crooked idiot Syed! Yes because he's not a salesman HES JUST A STUPID IDIOT WHO SHOULD BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. My wife and I went in to find out how to get our phones to work with Hangouts, so we could video-conference with our kids and grand-kids. Kevin worked with us for over an hour, trying to get either Hangouts or Skype to work. He was partially successful, and gave us advice on how to proceed. I hadn't previously mentioned the possibility of replacing either phone, but at this point I decided that my wife's old Samsung S5 had seen better days. We bought her an A20, and made sure it was 100% compatible with Hangouts, etc. I want to emphasize that Kevin was enthusiastically helpful for at least an hour, during which he had no real expectation of making any kind of sale. I came in close to closing time to pay a bill and store was empty accept for three guys working there. None of them said hello and the guy who helped me was extremely rude. My bill was $60 more than usual and I asked why and the employee said "I don't know" as if it would kill him to do his job and actually look and tell me. Horrible customer service! read more

Went here yesterday around 11 am, walked in to do a Jump on Demand, (upgrade a phone every 30 days) we did the usual, show ID, make sure phone isnt damaged, etc. He pulls up my account (which takes 20 minutes somehow) and talks to this work buddy about a whole bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with the phone, then finally tells me around 10 minutes later i dont think we can upgrade because theres $0 on the account. So i said that this doesnt make sense cause I was able to do the same thing the month before with $0 in the account ( i would just have to send the phone back as soon as they give it to me), I leave there an hour later pissed off that it took them an hour just to say we cant do it. I wound up leaving at 12:15. So im furious and I drive to the one on Golf and theyre absolutely amazing. In and out within 5 minutes WITH A NEW PHONE COMING. I have no clue what the hell the people were doing here but obviously they need to hire better people cause it took them an hour to say No, then i go to the one I usually go to and they say yes in 5 minutes. Absolutely horrendous service. read more

This location is horrible . I am a business owner with business account that was started at this location. I purchased a new phone and wanted to have my data transferred from one phone to the other. I was told during covid they could not perform this service. I was the only person in business and there was 6-7 employees standing around doing nothing. I asked for a manager and was told that he was the manager and that's the rules. I left the place unsatisfied and called T-Mobile. The T-Mobile employee after hearing the situation called the T-Mobile store to ask why they were not performing the service. He was told by the manager in the store that his manager told him at all employees that they were not to transfer data during covid. then was instructed to use the online app to do it myself. It was not that difficult and I completed it myself but that's not the point. I hate leaving a bad review for a company as I don't appreciate it myself I would sooner talk with the customer and rectify it that way. But basically I was was told it is what it is, suck it up. I own a service company as well and if any my employees would have told somebody to go do it themselves I would have fired them on the spot. As far I am concerned both those managers should be fired. This has nothing to do with covid protection it has everything to do with being lazy and incompetent. read more

I've been to this store twice. Our first experience was great. My husband upgraded his phone to iPhone XR. Nathaniel helped us set up our phones (transfer contacts, pictures, etc.). He answered nicely our questions about our plan. Sadly, our second visit wasn't great. This long haired guy was rude. After talking to a customer service on the phone regarding our request, I immediately asked him another question which he needed to call again (sometimes people forget things). I understand that it takes too long to solve an issue on the phone, so I said sorry to him for the inconvenience. I don't remember exactly what he said, but what he meant was, next time tell him upfront everything we need so he won't keep calling the customer service. It was obvious he's annoyed. As if he needed to attend to other customers! Aside from us, there were two customers talking to other mobile experts. I think he needs to find a job that doesn't require a lot of direct communication with customers. read more
