The speed of service is slow, and things could run much smoother if the team showed more urgency and worked more efficiently. The staff themselves are neutral--not rude, but not particularly friendly either. On the positive side, the store is generally clean and well-maintained. I called again half an hour before closing, and she said I'm still looking into it but never called, and this was a couple of days ago.
