So I am a Verizon wireless customer looking for some savings on my cell phone bill. I had initially scheduled my appointment for the other store T-Mobile store on Gadsden Hwy, but I didn't like the customer service there. When spending my hard earn money customer service is Key. This location is fairly new and they are in a prime location for business near Walmart lol. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted. That made me feel welcomed and I was happy. It looked like everyone seemed busy with other customers however Drew said we're be with your shortly. That made me happy because I was acknowledged. I think I waited no more than 10 minutes before someone was free to assist me. However since I was greeted previously I didn't mind the wait. Robert answered all my questions about converting over to them. I am still thinking if I want to port over from Verizon whom I have been with forever. But if I do this will be the location I'll deal with. There customer service is great from the staff Robert all the way to the manager Drew. Keep it up T-Mobile read more

Next time, I'll probably be going back to the other store on Gasden Hwy. Listen they seemed like nice folks but they don't understand basic math. I was told my payments on the new S20+ were $30 a piece a month. Well try $50. Also they kept talking about a $500 trade in for qualifying phones...we had the S9+s so we qualified for the $500 a phone. Well they gave me $88 a phone and didn't explain how to go about the $500 deal. Turns out I got a text that day from TMobile themselves on how to go about the promotion (before I went to the store) so I submitted for both my wife and myself. They're supposed to be prepaid virtual visa cards. Hopefully this goes thru bc I'm putting both cards towards the EIP to make this worth my wild. Listen these new phones are awesome. I understand there is going to be a bigger price tag. And I as the consumer I need to be more vigilant in reading the paperwork...but if that's the case...we don't need these stores, just do everything online. read more

I've come here several times since moving into the area. The most recent trip was last week to drop…read moreoff some equipment we no longer needed. We were in and out of the store within 5-10 minutes. The employees were friendly and gave us our receipt proving we dropped off the equipment without any hassle. This location says it is closed, but it is not any longer. As I said above, the store was open as of last week. At each station, there was hand sanitizer. We were greeted promptly and there was no line at the store. I'm sure we'll be back if we have another issue or something we cannot do over the phone with their tech support team.

To be honest, every cable provider offers the same promises as far as trying to save you money, but…read moreyou still be paying top dollars just for the basic channel. This location is brand new to the area and with us moving to Trussville, we needed something that wouldn't go over our budget. Fast forward to now, we ended up taking some of the cable boxes back to the store to save money on the cable bill since we have a few Roku at the house which lets us stream live tv. The DVR box wasn't necessary so we just swap it out for a regular cable box. The internet hasn't been no issue whatsoever. As for the store, customer service is good, but they probably need more workers since they help you by the order you signed in and depending on how many customers is ahead of you, you're in for a wait.

The saving grace of Store 6002 is Sam Dobbs, the Retail Store Manager. Sam is courteous,…read moreknowledgeable and she was able to resolve problems I had trouble resolving at other T-Mobile locations and through phone support. Unfortunately the interaction I had with Agent Dee on the 6 of August 2025 was far from stellar. I came into the store to return two phones. When Agent Dee inspected the devices she put the devices on an abrasive surface and at one point stacked them on top of each other. When I informed her I wanted the phones to be placed on a surface that wouldn't cause harm to the devices she had the audacity to ask me why I would make this request as if my request was absurd for not wanting the phones to be damaged before they are returned back to the company. As great as Sam Dobbs performance is at Store 6002, if I had to do another transaction with Agent Dee I would prefer to go to another location.
