I can't imagine a scenario where someone could do a task more effectively than Mark repairing my Ipad. This device was propelled from a vehicle traveling around 55mph. I had given up hope that it would ever work again. That's what Mark gave me, hope. She was able to schedule the repair promptly. As had been our prior experience, she was very punctual on both pickup and delivery. I have a iPhone 5s that went through the wash. I left it for dead for about a month then decided to plug it in and see if it worked. Surprisingly, everything worked great except the lower microphone.
