The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment. Do not do business here, he is a fraud. The so called technician charged me $80 to fix my screen on…read moremy iPhone, afterwards the phone was uncontrollable dialing and texting people gibberish randomly and you couldn't get the screen to stay still long enough to do anything. Took it back and he said he had redone the repair, he did not and the craziness continued. On my third attempt he claimed my phone had water damage which It didn't and he hit me up for another $40 to redo the previously botched twice repair. On my fourth visit I got a young lady who said the tech was out and to come back another day. I decided to make the trip to my former technician on the east side and he took the phone and came out with a perplexed look saying "I know this isn't my repair work!" I explained that it was not and he informed me first that there wasn't any water damage at all, that the tech at this Metro prepaid had left numerous screws out and that the screen wasn't a very good quality (pretty much junk, pics included) he then handed me my iPhone which works flawlessly now and even added a screen protector for the grand total of $38 flat. He also gave me back their junk screen and told me to hand it back to the guy and say " nice try douchebag!" Never ever will I go anywhere else no matter how far the drive cause this fiasco has left me furious at these shady Metro Tech wannabes. Avoid this place at all costs, they are a joke and do not back up their work then get belligerent and threaten to call the cops when you call them out!
