I added my spouse as a second line to my 20+ year account. Unfortunately it was a nightmare. We purchased the new iPhone 11 from Apple and then contacted the Tmobile call center to complete the additional line. When contacting the call center we never were able to reach a person due to 1+ hour wait times -all seven calls required us to choose the callback option and we did typically receive a callback within 45 minutes. The call center agents eventually connected the service however it never functioned correctly due to my grandfathered plan which is not offered anymore. Because the call center could never fully resolve the connection issues we drove to the Tmobile store on Lavista road. Ricardo the store manager was incredible and contacted technical support and spent 55 minutes working on the phone and technology issues. His persistence paid off and we finally have functional phones. He was super polite and helpful!! Thank you Ricardo and Tmobile!! read more

Omg I could've ended up having one of the worst experiences EVER @ T-Mobile. I went into the store to get what I thought would be a simple screen saver replacement (included in my insurance). The "CARE" team placed the representative and I on hold for 46 min. Only to tell us I had to file an insurance claim just for a screen saver. And then hung up on us when the manager got invoiced After a 1 hour and 10 min wait on 3 separate phone calls. the store manager decided to override the glitch and provide the product. HOWEVER, none of this would have be possible had it not been for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service provided by Sabrina Z. Kuddos to her. Great job keep up the good work. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes, the staffers at stores like this lack energy, seem bored and tired, and rush customers out. That's not the case here. They were very accommodating and patient with my parents, who are not tech savvy. I was impressed. read more

Teddy assisted me on my first visit, and he was very kind. I went back to the store to return an my headphones because they kept falling out, and the employees there acted like it was foreign to do so (the comment was "I didn't know you could return headphone "). Ideally, I wouldn't return such things, but the headphones were $200. Lol. There's a 14 day return policy on accessories. They did do the return . Essence the manager was helpful. read more

We were helped by Henny who was very knowledgeable about the variety of phones and plan options. Horrible customer service. There was a girl there that was so rude. She handed me the phone to talk to a representative to assist me in my problem that I was having with my phone and while I was talking on the phone she kept saying rude comments to me and interrupting me, mind you I was only on the phone for about 5 minutes and she was saying that I was wasting their time. I had it coming though because I watched her be rude to the guy before me and there was no other customers there when she was helping me so idk what the rush and attitude was for. Luckily, the T-Mobile representative on the phone told me to call him back when I was out of the store and helped me with my problem within 20 minutes and I had a great experience with him. I decided to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile (I know, I know) and I'm so glad I went to this location. I can't remember getting more knowledgable, helpful, respectful customer service. I had to go back a couple of times to switch sim cards and a third to get a new phone. Every time I received excellent care. They even went above and beyond to make sure I got every possible discount and saved as much as possible on my monthly bill. I highly recommend talking to Henny and/or Ricardo (manager) - you won't regret it! read more

If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would. The guy here just refuses to use Sprint's sales system rms saying the system has been out for 2+ days which is rare for the system to be down for that long. Then goes and pretends that he can't hear me when I'm talking to him over the phone. If he does not want to do his JOB then he should not be working for the company. The nasty attitude he had over the phone was also a big issue. Sad to see Tmobile saying they care about customer service but have employees doing things like this as an excuse not to service Sprint customers. read more

I come in before 7, and they ask me what I need, which was to trade in my phone. There are people ahead of me, so I don't mind waiting. But then, they take people ahead of me who came in after me. Then, the genius tells me they have the phone I want in black in one storage capacity and blue in another. I ask what the price difference is, because the one I want is more expensive. I find the price difference acceptable, THEN he tells me they only have black, when he JUST told me they had blue. I want to know what the black would look like in a case, and he tells me they don't have displays in black (WTH?) and they can't take it out of the box. Then, I ask how long it would take to transfer, and after wasting my time with his stupidity, he tells me they "typically don't"transfer phones after 7. The service was much better last year when they had just reopened and only had one person working. read more

The worst customer service on earth. No acknowledgement when I walked in stand there just to see how long I would have to wait 7mins of just standing there. Then poof another customer walks in she gets the greeting and what do you know another attendant appears to give her assistant in less than a min. We recently decided to switch our wireless service from Verizon to T Mobile. We visited the T Mobile Store at 4153 LaVista Road, Tucker, Ga - near Northlake Mall. We were assisted by Henny and Ricardo - these two gentleman could not have been more helpful. They answered every question with patience, they explained everything in simple, understandable terms, they took time with us to make sure everything was moved over and working, they even gave us a discount on screen protectors and new phone case because it did take a bit to get everything ported over and working. These folks know what they are doing, they have such positive attitudes and incredible customer service. Best of all, we are saving $40 a month on our wireless bill - THANKS T MOBILE and THANKS Henny and Ricardo!! read more

Worst customer experience ever. Reps did not wait on me and served other customers who came in after me. I signed in and they never checked the sheet. They both appeared to have a negative attitude. Made me feel uncomfortable and I would never go back to this store for anything. read more

The T-Mobile website (and Yelp) says this location is open until 9:00 PM. They actually close at 8:00 PM.
