A five star rating for a T-Mobile store? When compared to other T-Mobile stores which I called or visited, this one was by far the best. I was able to speak with someone immediately, on my first call attempt. They explained how they could change my plan, and discussed the phone promotion incentives. We were assisted immediately when we arrived, Anthony was polite and professional. He changed our phone plans and offered the phone promotions to which we were entitled. He switched our SIM cards and we were operational immediately. Then he had to call in to T-Mobile support to change our billing rate. He said he could do this without making us wait in the store, which we appreciated. About 30 minutes later, we received a text that our plan changes were complete. He was very helpful, patient and customer service centric. Compare this to T-Mobile in Millbury (separate review coming). We spent 30-minutes with their customer service person. She reviewed our plans, and offered the phone promotions. We were ready to move forward. She went to check if the phones were in stock. When she came back, she said the manager would not approve the promotion. We left - not a good experience! And lastly, compare this to my call with T-Mobile Auburn Mall. They said I couldn't change my plan in the store (incorrect) and that I had to call customer service. Your experience may vary, as I've seen some negative reviews, but based on our one experience, this store was far better than any other T-Mobile or Sprint stores we've used. read more

Went to tmobile in Uxbridge Mass. Robert and Pierce were so helpful with my upgrade. Made sure everything on my old phone got transferred to my new phone . Showed me how to use my new phone. Answered all my crazy questions in a polite manner. Told me to call them of I have any problems. I got excellent customer service from the both of them. Robert and Pierce if this review ever should reach you, I want to let you both know that tmobile should value you both. You guys were awesome thanks for all ypur help and meeting my needs. The staff at the Uxbridge T-Mobile are amazing! We had been Sprint customers so we needed to go get our SIM cards replaced. While we were there, we wanted to add a new line for our son. Because of the Sprint change-over, we had issues requiring us to come back the next day. Throughout the process, the staff was polite, knowledgeable, exceedingly patient and friendly to my son. Took over 2hrs to transfer 4-lines from another carrier - 2 customer service people and they had to keep re-doing things. Received bill over the weekend for new service and line charges were $60 higher than expected and credits from offers were not showing on bill. So off to the store I go to get to the bottom of it. They took a look at the account -- and Oh Yes...something was incorrect....but was told I had to call T-Mobile customer service as they couldn't help me. In frustration, I said since they set it all up - they need to correct it. At which point, I was told again they can't do anything to help me - call customer service - and then told to leave the store. I guess they don't like nor do they know how to handle upset customers. I realize that they are a franchise store and set up accounts and sell equipment....but, they do have the T-Mobile name which means they represent T-Mobile. I would expect they would assist me with account issues they created...my expectations have not been met. I did call T-Mobile customer service. The gentleman was extremely helpful and made the correction required. It will be a very long time before I darken there door step......Ask me to leave.....it will be a very long time before I return. read more
