Sold me Free watch which was not Free. Took it back. Also gave me a new number for that watch which was not disclosed.

Went here to get an apple watch added to our plan. We found Rob and his team to be friendly and helpful. Rob had a depth of experience on the current plans, promotions and equipment. We are grateful for their extra time and assistance provided in setting up our new watch. We observed Rob work with his teammates and we were impressed. We saw him diffuse an angry client, coach a new employee, and help another employee with proper account set-up. He had a calm and factual demeanor. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this store. *** UPDATE *** So we get our first bill and we were getting overcharged $200. Rob told us we were getting a promotion that actually had just expired. Corporate T-Mobile on the 611 number was VERY helpful and figured out how to fix the mistake. Their support is so great, all people here in the US. I'm going to keep the 5-STAR review even though I had to waste an hour of my life fixing their mistake... we all make mistakes, and it was an honest one. read more

Went in wanting to trade in my phone for a new iphone 15. Salesman said I could get that as well a free watch. Was not really interested in a watch, but he insisted everything was free, nothing further added to my bill. That was a complete lie. I eventually got the watch and charges taken off my bill after a lot of nonsense. What irritates me to no end and why I'm changing carriers is the salesman said I could not trade in my phone at the store. UPS lost my phone in the mail, so now I'm getting no trade-in value. What's amazing is T-Mobile customer service told me that I could have absolutely traded in my phone at the store. They said they can do nothing for me, so good work by the salesman in helping to lose my business. Will never set foot in this store agai read more

Sean and George were so sweet and helpful! I was in a pickle with a phone that wouldn't charge and they helped me get a wireless charger that works great if your phone port gets damaged! I also won't be charging my phone at work anymore! My wireless charger will stay at home lol read more

I went to change over from sprint to t mobile but the manager, Taeysha said their sprint computer was not working. The store looked clean and presentable but it was a complete waste of our time. I could not get questions answered , I guess they are not seamlessly transitioned! read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF. This store employs thieves. I went in to get a free lunch bag as part of the T-Mobile App and they tried to sell me some kind of tracker. I declined but came to find out the next day they unlawfully added another line to my account with the tracker attached. I mean a completely new phone number with a monthly charge for the line and tracker. When I called to complain the Manager promised they would follow up and have the District Manager call me to discuss what happened. I never received that call so that makes me think the whole store is involved in this unethical and illegal activity. I had to call the T-Mobile Support number to get the line taken off my account. I would be very careful before you give this T-Mobile store any of your information because they employ identity thieves. read more

I do not know why the reviews here are so bad. I come into the store and got immediate help. I came there to cancel my plan but was met with a very nice gentlemen who talked to me about more affordable plans to fit my budget. I walked out of there with a tablet and an iPhone 14. Walked in, wasn't greeted at all. Told the employee I wanted to upgrade my phone, she didn't say anything to me until I kept talking about it. Told me that to upgrade my phone, I would have to add a line to my account. Out of confusion I asked : "add a new line to my account?" To which she replied "well you don't have to use the line." Why on earth would I add another line to my solo account? I don't need two phone numbers. Contacted T-Mobile customer support and they answered everything within minutes and I have my upgrade on the way now without adding any new lines to my account. Avoid this store. Customer service reps here do not care about their jobs nor the customers. read more

I have been a TMobile customer for a long time and my most recent visit was a great experience. Nour and his staff were incredibly professional and courteous. Their main priority was to make sure I was happy and these days that is rare. Great job guys. Keep up the good work! read more
