I couldn't understand why I was being charged 7 installments of $35.70 and then getting a $10.41 credit. It turns out that they charge me 7 payments of $35.70 (total $250) and then credit me $10.41 for the next 24 months (total $250). What this means is that I am essentially lending them $250, and then they are paying me back over 2 years. This arrangement was NEVER explained to me up front, and I consider it fraudulent. If I wasn't dying of cancer, I might fight it.

There was nowhere to sit because all the employees were taking up the only chairs in the store- I was not even offered a seat.. He tells me "YOu can't walk in and out of the store 5 times because we have a tracer and it looks like more customers are coming in the store, and we get dinged." I was shocked. What is usually their fault, is that you can't ever seem to get out of there under 90 minutes Last night we went in for a new phone for our son.
