After an hour of watching him struggle with my phone, he hands me my phone and I leave. I get in my car and nothing worked. I go back in and the tech acted surprised to see me. By this point, I was upset so I just told him to get it fixed and I went back to wait in my car. About 20 minutes later he came out to my car. I had my window down from smoking a cigarette and he hands me my phone and said, "it's fixed." I tell him to wait while I examine my phone and of course, nothing worked. I hand him the phone again and he went back inside. 30 minutes later he comes out and tells me he needs more time to fix my phone and asked me to return tomorrow afternoon. I said no, just give me my phone and I'll take it somewhere else. He pleaded with me and said his manager was on his way over to help him fix my phone and promised me that the phone would be fixed by 7:30 PM the latest. BIG MISTAKE! I arrived back at the shop at 7:25. As I entered the store i can see that the manager has another phone screen attached to my red iPhone. He tells me that the home button is broken and they are attempting to somehow install the digital home screen button on my phone. Confused and at a lost for words, I asked why are you doing that? Just fix it. The manager, a Nigerian dude proceeded to tell me he cannot fix the broken home button that I broke and I stopped him and told him, No. My phone was working just fine when I brought it in. I told him to put my phone back together and return my money. He got aggressive and said I was not getting a refund after all the time they spent on my phone. I laughted and told him he was crazy because I brought in a working phone and i am not leaving with a broken phone. He then got out from behind the service stand and tried to fight me. I didn't have any way to call for help so I went outside and stopped a lady walking by to call the police for me and the manager ran up and locked the doors. With all the ICE protesting happening, the police never showed up so I drove to the police station and filed a theft report. See you in court.

I am currently working with the fraud department and police to handle this. The store employees swear that ID's were checked, etc. In total, $2400.00 worth of fraud was committed in my name. I am not convinced that it wasn't an inside job, especially since the store seemed to take zero responsibility for this act.

I would of just gotten the iPhone 13 in the store. It was supposed to be shipped to me. Diego promised the shipment would require a signature. When they finally gave it to UPS a week later, there was No signature for the delivery. T-Mobile put a restriction on my $800 package, refusing to let me have it held at UPS office. T-Mobile refused to remove this restriction. My only option was to have the phone returned to T-Mobile. T-mobile said it's going to take 10-15 days for the warehouse to process the return & remove the purchase agreement. If Diego hadn't lied about the signature confirmation, I would of bought the phone in store. If he would of told me that it wasn't shipping until the phones were available in store, I would of gotten it in store. Everything gets stolen here. I live in an apartment. Diego didn't even put my apartment #. UPS would of left my $800 phone on the floor outside my building & $800 would of been stolen. Also UPS didn't know if it had insurance. Also Diego made me sign the purchase agreement & did not let me read it. I'm suppose to have $400 off, $13 a month. He had me sign something saying I was paying $30 a month. The store is saying that, that will change once they receive my trade in. But they couldn't give me anything in writing. If I had seen the purchase agreement at $30 a month, I would of waited for the phones to come in store. The 3rd lie. First was there's a signature, 2nd that it wasn't shipping until the stores got it. I'm glad i finally got the purchase agreement canceled after 11 calls to customer service, them trying to figure it out for over an hour. Then I was told to use the chat & after talking to 3 people, demanding a manager, the purchase agreement was canceled.

There are actually people on the other side that you can deal with right there and now. I was a usfamily.net customer for my email and internet for YEARS and then they joined up with Velocity. Still great service (I don't have a landline ...just the internet at home). I would have given them 5 stars because I am not sure if it is my computer, modem or them but my internet is not all that fast....I wish it was but I don't need it all that much at home when I have it here at work. I highly recommend them for service. They have always been sincere and helpful. Even with my Mom...if she ever had issues they were very patient with her. :) and solved her problems.

While friends of mine have "free" email (gmail, etc) they're plagued with spam. USFAMILY beautifully filters enormous amounts of it. I can still view it if I choose, and when I do view it, I'm always blown away how much crap they've save me from. The very few times I've needed assistance, a live person is ready and willing and solves my issues quickly. Definitely worth the few dollars it costs me per year!
