I wasn't against t-mobile, but I switched to verizon because they treated me better. I had a 4 phones lines. Mine, My Oldest Son, and my other son and daughter who live in Pennsylvania. My two kids who lived in PA, were 19 and 20, and wanted to get on their own account. So In December 2024, they left for Verizon. I switched to Verizon myself with my oldest son and his fiance back in Minnesota. This is when the nightmare began. My kids phones were all paid off, and so was my sons fiance. I still owed money on mine, so they wouldn't unlock my phone. My son and his fiance had zero problem. Their phones worked immediately. It took me a month to pay my phone off. When I did, they said it would take 72 hours to unlock my phone to complete the switch to verizon. 72 hours came and left, and my phone was still locked. I made a few trips into the Maplewood T-Mobile store for assistance. After voicing my displeasure, the clerk got a temporary unlocking on my phone. So for a month, I was on Verizon with my phone. Now let me be clear, my phone was entirely paid off at this point, but T-Mobile relocked my phone, and is prohibiting me from using it. My phone, My paid off phone T-Mobile has hijacked it, and won't let me use it...and They will not help me. Does T-Mobile have to be so butt hurt I left? Is anybody else going through this? I just want to use my phone...but T-mobile isn't letting me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (I put a one star only because yelp will not let me put zero)

One of our Verizon phones stopped working and we could not get a phone call from Verizon to stay on…read morethe line. So we decided to change our phone carrier. We entered the store at 10:00 AM when it opened and we had to wait about an hour before we were served; but when we were finally served by John it was an absolutely enjoyable experience. He was so good at small talk, and he was so funny. And even when he wasn't funny he thought he was funny which made it funny. We bonded over the two hours it took to transfer and we left with phones that were working, which was the most important part. I'll only ask for John at this store and cross my fingers he's available!

I had dropped my Iphone and part of the corner popped out of the case, so knew I needed to get my smartphone fixed. I checked out some Yelp reviews and decided it was worth stopping by. First, Snelling Avenue was undergoing major construction when I drove there, but it was easy to get to and has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. It was empty when I went in, and I was promptly attended to. The store manager, Demetrius W, helped me. He went over the minimum labor fee of $26, and they literally fixed it within 5 minutes. I barely had to wait - had great customer service, and found the price to be reasonable from other estimates that I got online. Overall, very happy with my relatively easy Iphone fix!

When I dropped off my phone it was functioning and charging completely fine. Picked it up the next day and it wouldn't charge and was stuck in a restart cycle. Demanded to know what happened to it and after running some tests they finally admitted they had fucked the motherboard. Okay price for fixing screen but be prepared to have to buy an entirely new iPhone and if they destroy your cracked one they only refund cost of screen not $25 labor cost, which is ridiculous because all they did was destroy my phone.

I picked up my phone (dead) so not able to test it. went home-message stating the battery was not a registered apple battery and my face ID was not working. The battery was never configured. (2 hrs this visit) went back after my husband said put her old battery back in and configure it. 2.5 later-the person did a complete reset on my iPhone! she said it could not be helped. and, we still get a message that the battery is not a registered Apple battery and is charging hot. No idea what battery they put in but it was not my old battery or an apple battery. This has been a nightmare. After another 1.5 at home/phone still is not working. stay far far away for anything to do with your phone being repaired.

I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!
