I had to stop by the store due to an issue with my phone's sim card. After a bit of a wait, I was helped and the issue was solved quickly. We ended up leaving with equipment to set up wifi at home. About a week later, we received an offer by mail for a wifi promotion and in order to take advantage of it, had to take the equipment back and have new equipment mailed. Our second visit went well and the return was processed easily. The part of going to the store that I don't care for is that there is no check-in system upon arrival, and no waiting area. I would consider this to be more of a three-star experience, but the actual service is great, so have to leave four-stars overall. A shoutout to Joseph, Franco, and Liam for great service. read more

They are located in the same shopping center as the AMC theatres. Parking here can be a bit tricky on the weekends. Walked in and there were 2 reps already assisting people. However, there was a 3rd person that was basically just stood around and was not able to help me. She just checked me in. I'm hoping she was a new employee still in training or else this place has poor customer service. After waiting for about 10 minutes, one of the reps talked to me and was able to answer my questions and downgrade my Home Internet plan. read more

I visited this T-Mobile location in May 2025 to upgrade one iPhone line on my account. The published promotion required only that I add one additional voice line to qualify for a free iPhone. Unfortunately, the store manager, Alyssa, insisted I also open both a tablet line and a mobile-hotspot line--claiming they were mandatory for the promotion and would "make the bill cheaper." That information was false. T-Mobile customer service later confirmed the promotion involved only an extra voice line, with no tablet or hotspot required. I made three follow-up phone calls asking Alyssa to clarify the situation; none were returned. Bottom line: This store attempted to upsell unnecessary lines that would have dramatically increased my monthly bill. I recommend avoiding this location--or at minimum verifying all promotional details directly with T-Mobile customer service before signing anything. read more

Well turns out she sold us a bunch of lines and stuff that increased our bill by almost 100 dollars. This girl is well known and even the T-Mobile store near by knew her by name. He greeted me right away, asked what I needed, and got straight to helping without missing a beat. Not only did I leave with a new phone, but also a watch, tablet, and tracker! He made sure I had everything I needed--and then some! While I was in the store, two gentlemen came in and were clearly upset. Even though Joseph was helping me, I could tell he was also keeping a watchful eye on his team. When things started to escalate with one of his female coworkers, he calmly stepped in, asked her to head to the back, and respectfully handled the situation. He diffused the tension and helped the men with professionalism and care. He even checked in with me with a quick glance, and I nodded that it was okay--my phones were updating anyway. Joseph returned, apologized for the interruption, and I told him there was no need--I was actually really grateful to see how much he looks out for his team. My wife went into this TMobile store for some technical assistance with her IPhone. She came home with 3 air tags. I asked her why she purchased air tags since we use another similar service, Tile. She stated that she was given them by the associate that helped her. I explained to her that she needed to take them back to the store as we have no use for them. She stated that she never purchased them and had no idea what they were. Fast forward to a few months later, I saw the box of air tags in her car. Apparently she forgot to return them. I accompanied her to the T-Mobile store that gave them to her. The assistant manager Joseph said that the representative that my wife had dealt with no longer worked there. I explained the situation and he said we would have to change her plan and have the tags removed. I explained that she never asked for them in the first place but he insisted that this was the only way to take care of this. We asked for a refund for the months she was unknowingly charged for the service of the three air tags that were never activated. He said he was unable to issue a refund but his manager Alyssa would be able to provide a future credit. We were told that Alyssa was currently out of the office but she would contact us within the next few days. Over the past 3 weeks we have left multiple messages for Alyssa but we are always told that she is unavailable but she's received our past messages and will call us. Very poor service from this T-Mobile location and management. Upon contacting corporate we were told that only the store manager Alyssa has the ability to issue the credit. Very disappointed. We keep calling and the employees that answer the phone always say that she is unavailable. read more

The worst service ever!!! Went there last Sunday and switched from Verizon to TMobile. The girl there kept changing the monthly fee, more than I was currently paying with Verizon, then after I said forget it, she says sorry it's to late I switched you over to TMobile you can't go back. Then I order 2 new phones and specifically gave her my work address to ship to because a signature is required. Well the phones get shipped to the house which no one is there to signa and UPS will not allow any changes so the phones are getting returned. This girl screwed everything up. I spent over an hour on the phone and re-viaoted the store to find out she no longer works there and NO ONE there can help, call the 800 number. Well the 800 number says it was ordered thru the app (which how would I even have when I'm not a customer) and they have no record of us going to the store and the wrong address was entered by me, not a store associate. This is the WORST experience ever with TMobile. Now I have to fight with TMobile to get refunded so I can go back to Verizon. Thanks for screwing everything up TMobile!!! I went in there a couple of weeks ago because the customer service agent said whatever I need to do wasn't gonna be possible over the phone so I would need to go into the physical store which had me frustrated because I was already in the store earlier that day. I called the store and I spoke to the manager, Alyssa. She was very transparent over the phone saying that she's not entirely sure because it was an online order if she would be able to do what i needed to do in the store. I came in and she walked me through the process and why there may be some hiccups with the transaction, but ultimately she was able to get me the phone that I wanted without having to make multiple trips. The worst ever customer service you can imagine. Since January when I upgraded on of my phones to the new phone and I paid the reaming balance right at the store, my bill instead of few bucks, increased like $80. First I've told the it will take till next billing cycle to get fixed but so far it has been 3 cycles and nothing been changed. I can't count how many times I drove her to talk to them to solve this issue and still nothing happend. Also if they ask you to leave and they will call you back, good luck with it. The store is small, lacks customer seating, and, due to the poor acoustics, very noisy when busy. They had a display with a speaker booming some very bass-heavy "music" which made trying to hear the associate well-nigh impossible. The associate was a young Asian kid. One of the worst t-mobiles out there. Walked in on a day where all the employees were doing absolutely nothing. Like they always are. Had a few questions regarding my phone plan and also needed a new screen for my phone. Not one of the 3 employees working at the time have a care in the world to help me out whatsoever. Sounds so far fetched but when they acknowledge me they kept asking if I had metro PCs which makes no sense on why I would walk in to a T-mobile if I didn't have a t-mobile account. They were rude, very unprofessional and took them forever to pull up my account. Told me that i needed to call customer service to change the screen that I needed for my phone. They should really close this location, everyone who I've known that has gone there has had a similar experience. If you're around the area do yourself a favor and go to the one inside the Topanga mall. read more
