I was assisted 2 different days by Danny. He was professional, calm, friendly, and provided above and beyond customer service. From changing my wife's phone details to upgrading my old phone to a S23; he was phenomenal. I never would have upgraded my phone or plan, but he broke down the details very succinctly and his points made sense. Recently switched the family back to Verizon under our business. The manager and business rep helped us get everything set up with out a hitch. I highly recommend Zack and Aaron. They got us a great deal to switch over it took less then a hour and the store waived the costs for the sim cards. They gave us an internet device to try out and it works good so we are saving money now coming from spectrum. Super friendly people, They work fast and are honest. I like this store much better then the Porter ranch store cause it seems like I have to wait a half hour to a hour just to be seen at that store. read more

Went in to have a problem with voicemail setup resolved. They did solve that issue. VM was setup for a higher level but account was not. Great service. While there they presented the Verizon gateway option to try free of charge for 30 days. Sounded OK so I took one home. The actual speeds were much less than current Spectrum so I went to return the next day. I was told they couldn't accept the unit and I could mail it back at UPS or go to a nearby Verizon company store on Rinaldi to drop it off. After a short drive and wait the Verizon company store manager told me they couldn't accept it. Going to take the unit to UPS and send back. My feeling is that they pushed a product that they knew was substandard (for a commission?), lied about the return process (to avoid some unknown cost?), and wasted my time twice more than necessary. Wouldn't recommend ANY non-company Verizon store based on this experience; Victra earned a poor review. UPDATE: The return label was not for UPS as was said by both Victra and Corporate store; it was FedEx. FedEx said they could not accept a new return. NEVER, NEVER use Victra. I went in to ask about getting credit on my phone in because i did a trade in online in february and never got credit! i called customer service multiple times and they never gave me answers to why i was still being charged for the new phone... The worst experience I ever had with this store!!! We wanted a phone that weren't available so the rep had to order online built he end up order 5 additional phones under my account and now I'm being charged for all the devices. I came in Verizon to add a line to my account. Store Manager Christian helped me out with all the information needed in order to get this done. Christian was patient (as I asked a lot of questions) and knowledgeable- he brought to my attention that I could remove items on my bill that I wasn't using which saved me $50 a month. I was able to add my friend on my account, save monthly, plus get unlimited data all for a reasonable price. Christian and Tariq are both friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Run away! We bought a SIM card for our unlocked iphone while in USA for family emergency. SIM card didn't work. The store told us our phone was locked. But we contacted our provider and SHOWED the store personnel that the phone was unlocked. They refused to refund. We borrowed an unlocked iphone from a USA relative. SIM card didn't work. Back to this store. They called Verizon corporate who said our money should be refunded. Store refused. They say we have to find a Verizon owned store not an "authorized dealer." This store should not have sold us a SIM card unless it worked on our phones. If it doesn't work, it is worthless and should be refunded. Fraud. read more

I was greeted by the store Manager Maverick and, let me tell you. He was a pleasure to deal with very. Knowledgeable on all of the plans and devices, I on the other hand know very little about phones. He guided me through the process and did not get upset with my questions and believe me I ask a lot of nonsense things just to make sure I fully understand it all. I want to get a new phone and I wanted to browse the phones for a while and see which ones I liked, but the sales person named Jessell would not let me do that. She would not leave me alone for a second. It was ridiculous. She kept interrupting me, asking invasive questions, and kept trying to tell me stuff that I didn't really need to know or care about. I must have politely told her about nine times that I just wanted to be left alone to look at the phones, but she would not leave me alone. She kept pestering me over and over again. She was so annoying it was difficult even for me to get out the questions I wanted to get answered, to the point I just wanted to get away from her and get out of the store. She literally stood directly 1 foot behind me and watched everything I did the entire time I was in the store, no matter where I was in the store and no matter where I moved to she was always right there behind me, interrupting me and saying some nonsense into my ear that I didn't care about. Wow. I don't generally give out these 1 star reviews, but jesus christ. Seriously guys - if you have any other Verizon Wireless store option available to you, go elsewhere. I apologize in advance for the insanely long review - but I am beyond furious at the moment. This place is a complete rip. I've been a Verizon Wireless customer since high school - (i.e. almost 15 years - meaning before they were Verizon Wireless), and I've never experienced such absurd customer service before in my life. This is not a review of Verizon Wireless the company, but the actual store. I needed 3 cell phones, because our other phones had gotten destroyed. So we attempted to purchase 2 new iPhone 5s and a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - however, the manager suggested through some "creative accounting" they'd be able to get us the phones for less. (yeah yeah yeah, I know. It sounds shady, but I had already had the shit*iest day of my life, and I just needed three phones and it would've been nice if I didn't have to pay close to $2,000 for a bunch of phones.) So anyways, his "creative accounting" solution was to open a few more new lines to give us the discount so we'd pay a lot less. Having been sitting there for an hour, we agreed - but when it came down to it, neither me nor my dad had authorization to sign the contract for the new lines. So, while exasperated, we said "oh well, guess we'll have to come back at some other time..." but they stopped us and said, "Well we only have 1 galaxy note left, so why don't you guys just pay for the phones now... and come back later to sign the contract." After much cajoling, we agreed to pay for the phones. While they're ringing up the phones, I asked if they charge a restocking fee if the phones have never been opened ( I asked this question in case my mother was displeased was the galaxy we got her ) - she answered yes. This question was asked with the assumption that we've signed the contract and have taken the phones out of the store. We ended up leaving the phones in the store, as the contract hadn't been signed, with the intention of coming back later with my mother to sign the contract. Fast forward several hours later, it turns out that my mother had already purchased new phones for us. So my dad and I trek back to the Verizon Wireless store so we can get our money back. They explained that even though the phones never left the store, they would STILL charge a $300 restocking fee. Let me reiterate that - the phones never left the store, and they still wanted to charge $100 per phone to take it and put it back on the shelf. Are you f**king kidding me with that absurdity???? Not only did they do some shady thing of making extra accounts to give us this phone without authorization of the account holder, BUT they're also charging us the price of a new phone to literally move their arm from a table to a shelf. It isn't as though we didn't buy new phones- we did! From Verizon! Verizon still made money! Even the salesperson knew that their restocking fee is insane. Apparently the restocking fee at the Porter Ranch is only $35.00. I can only assume that they're refusing because of some type of commission they don't want to give up. On the phone, the manager even claimed that there was an "oral contract". This dude needs to be fired ASAP. Contracts are only formed when both parties clearly understand that a contract is being formed - its impossible for it to be one sided. I'm tempted to break down California contract law, but seeing as how I've already written a small novella, I'm going to quit now. Just stay away from this location. I realize now why this branch is always empty, and many of the other Verizon Wireless stores are filled to the brim. Okay, I'm done with my rant. read more

Went into the store and was immediately helped by Tariq. My phone was broken and I was looking to get a new one, so he got me a good deal for a trade-in. I wanted to back up my phone to my computer at home (but they do offer to do it in-store), so I let him know I'd come back the next day to get it and he made sure to have the phone model/make/color I wanted by that time. I had issues backing everything up at home on my own, so I called the store and Tariq was even able to advise me from over the phone. The customer service was very specialized. Once I came in to get my new phone, the store manager Harold knew exactly who I was and what I had come in for. He helped me activate the phone and get everything set-up. I almost always come to this Verizon store over others because it's a lot quieter and the staff is able to take their time helping me out. read more

Beware - I was charged a $19.99 "Set Up and Go Fee" without prior authorization. I asked to know what I was being charged for ahead of time and was told it would print on the invoice. Once I reviewed the invoice, I asked what the $19.99 was for and the rep said it was basically for him to help set up the phone. At no point was I informed of this charge until I received an invoice and had already paid. I did not authorize this charge. I asked for a manager's phone number since a manager was not available and I was told the manager's phone number was personal information and that they could not provide it to me but they could give me his email. That's ludicrous - a manager of a CELL PHONE STORE does not have a business cell phone number or even an office number that customers can use? read more
