THE WORST CUSTOMER SERICE EXPERIENCE. I don't know the individual's name because he wouldn't say it but claims to own this franchise. I walked in to replace my iPhone 15 pro screen protector after already asking earlier if they had it in stock which he said they did. now he claims he needs a receipt dated after the release date. target has been selling this item for 2 weeks prior to the release date. apparently this is my fault. so the 'owner' who doesn't look or act like an owner turned me away when I paid for a Zagg screen protector registered it on Zagg website because he said their website is flawed and target isn't allowed to sell it early. when in fact they did and I had the receipt. I have never spoken to such a representative of a HUGE company that had such disregard but was supposedly an owner. didn't look like an owner or talk like an owner. never going back here.
