So I took it back AGAIN, also they say they do a 30 min test on the screens to make sure they work correctly) but this is not true because they called me to pick it up within 30 mins of me dropping it off. Unless time machines exist they are lying... It's "fixed" now but we'll see how long until it just stops working again. Spent 420$ and this is the treatment they give, just go anywhere else it will be less of a hassle. (only put five stars so people would see it, all around this place sucks)

This time there was a different man working there who introduced himself as the owner/manager, which made us feel comfortable leaving the phone with him. We brought an iPhone 13 with a broken display. The screen was black, but the phone itself was still working. It could still be unlocked if you remembered the passcode positions, it connected to CarPlay, and music played through the car. The phone clearly had power and was functioning -- the display was the only issue. He charged us about $125-$130 for the screen replacement and told us to come back in about two hours. When we returned, he showed us the phone with the new screen connected but not yet glued, and it was working. At that moment the phone was clearly powered on and functional. He also mentioned that the battery was heating up and might need replacement in the future, which we already knew, but again, the phone was still working. After that he finished installing the screen and gave the phone back to us. However, once we got to the car, the phone was completely dead -- it would not turn on, would not charge, and showed no signs of life at all. There was no low-battery symbol or any response from the phone. Because it was already late and my husband was sick, we returned the next evening, but the phone was still completely dead and unresponsive. Instead of helping, the man suddenly claimed that we had brought the phone in already dead, which is simply not true. He himself showed us that the phone was working when the new screen was connected before he sealed it. After arguing, he finally refunded the repair fee, but denied any responsibility for the phone becoming completely unusable after his repair. As a result, a phone that was still functioning when we brought it in became a completely dead device after the repair, forcing us to replace it. My husband had to go without a phone for a week and eventually had to buy another one. We trusted this place because we had repaired devices here before, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Please be very careful before leaving your phone here.

Only after they confirmed "everything works fine" did I pay and proceed with the repair. ​To now claim the SIM issue is an "unrelated board problem" is a direct contradiction of their own initial diagnostic. The phone worked for a very short period before the SIM card failed--a common result of a loose connection or a damaged ribbon cable during a screen swap on an S24 Ultra. ​By their own admission, the board was healthy when they took my money. If it is non-functional now, it is a result of their workmanship. I also stand by my original statement regarding the $200 offer and the attempt to bribe me for a positive review, both of which remain unaddressed. UPDATE [Date]: THE PLOT THICKENS ​After further investigation, I discovered the "no service" issue was actually due to a T-Mobile billing/blacklist status--not a hardware failure. They told me to my face that the motherboard was fried and that the phone was "no longer fixable," yet they offered to buy it for $250 for parts. ​Think about that: they were prepared to take a $1,300 Galaxy S24 Ultra with a brand-new screen and perfectly healthy internal hardware by lying about the "main board" being broken. They were clearly hoping I'd hand over the device so they could flip it or use the pristine parts, knowing full well the board was fine. ​Between the bribe for a good review and this "fake" hardware diagnostic, this business has proven they prioritize predatory profit over honesty. Do not let them "diagnose" your devices--they will tell you it's junk just to buy it from you for cheap.

I explained the issue and he assured me that he would get it handled. I had my reservations because why would other stores turn me away and how are you able to do it he was able to explain to me what he was going to do and sure enough he did that and he handled my situation. When I found SIM cards at Best Buy I had them shipped to me. I called Boost again for their free activation I was told I needed Wi Fi which I do not have to activate and then I was sent back to a Boost Mobile Store to have them activate the 3 phones. At this store I was told they couldn't activate my phones. I called Boost back and at that point there was no way to activate my phones although all phones are compatible with their network and with the Boost SIM card in each phone, The Boost stores are independent franchises not owned by Boost and what they only will do is to sell merchandise which is comprised of new phones and their accessories and activation only for the phones they sell. If you do not purchase a phone from the franchise they refuse to do anything for you. I was run in circles for days between the Boost telephonic support and the independent franchises. I finally gave up and put my Verizon SIM cards back in my 3 phones.
