Tell me why I place an in store pick up and I go in there and it's not ready of course. This is why I do in store pick up to avoid any interaction as much as possible. Me working from Verizon before I actually I'm brainstorming ways how to help them instead of them helping me so I basically offered to cancel my order online and now they're telling me that because I have to place it in the store. I have to pay for a set up fee. Is that more of a scam or what? Avoid this place as much as possible. FYI: I asked them if they can waive it because you're not sending up anything. I'm literally picking it up and their system is not allowing so I think the manager just do it but they're possibly doing everything under this sun but help the customer so I'd think twice. read more

You can also park on the street at the meter parking. 3.5 stars Staff: When I walked in, I noticed one employee outside talking on his phone. The only other employee was helping another customer, so I took a seat and waited. I needed up waiting for 30 minutes until it was my turn. And they couldn't even help me because this is an authorized reseller and not an official Verizon store. Frustrating. 1.5 stars Merchandise: This location has a very small selection and since they're not an official Verizon store some of their items are off-brand chargers and phone cases. 2 stars. Bathrooms: I didn't see any restrooms for customers. Overall: This is not an official Verizon store, but only an authorized vendor of Verizon. DO NOT GO HERE! Go find an actual Verizon store that's not a 3rd party authorized retailer We go into the store. There is only one guy waiting on about 7 to 8 costumers. We wait patiently for our turn. When it came to our turn. We told him about the deals online with out trade in. And he says he can match them or better. So we tell him what phones we want. He tells us in order to get the iPhone 17 free and to make mine $10 a month for the next 36 months or however long it needs to be for the promotion  we had to make at least one trade in. We said okay. So we ended up trading in my partners old phone. He then asks what I am going to do with my phone. I said keep it or sell it on marketplace. He says if you bring your own device the extra line will be free . I told him when he got back with the phones please don't add insurance we will be doing apple care. He said ok. I went to go set up the apple care -plan for my and my partners phone. Her phone didn't show up as a device to add, which I found weird. I asked him about it and he said he doesn't know anything about apple care (even though he has a iPhone himself) I said ok. We were being very patient with him because we felt bad that he was the only guy working. Anyways I asked again can I see what our monthly bill will be afterwards and he said again that it won't be the same because we have to wait on the promotions to take affect. At the end of it He promised that each of the lines will be $45 each. Her phone free and my phone $10 a month and the free line. Come to find out that's not the case now we are getting over charged on prices we didn't agree on and he also ended up adding insurance on the account when we specifically told him not to. This place is scammy And a hassle. thank god actual Verizon is fixing the mistakes that these people did. Again avoid this place like the plague, you'll thank me later. read more

Well I can see why this store got two stars. I walked in there wanting to buy a new car charger, that was it. As soon as I walked in I saw a throng of people. One of the salespersons says to me "We'll be with you shortly.". I asked her what does that mean, how long is "shortly?" She said "I really can't say." So I decided to just take a look at the chargers on the wall to see if maybe I could get an idea what I wanted and just buy it online. I start to look at the chargers and I realize not only are they locked up tight, so you can't really look at them, but also none of them have prices. As I'm looking at the chargers not knowing how much they cost, a guy that is sitting at one of the tables waiting to be seen says to me, Excuse me miss. I said yes? He says, you know there are other people waiting here before you. I said, look. I'm not trying to jump the line here. I'm just looking at chargers, so you can go and relax now. Why would I sit there and wait and subject myself to that kind of stress just for a charger? I can go online and buy it myself, and there I can see the prices and not get attitude from the people that work there or the customers for that matter. Customer service has definitely sunk to an all-time low. And we wonder why all the brick and mortar stores are slowly closing up? And why people then have to find other jobs? Maybe if the sales people gave a flying f**k about the potential customers that walk into their stores, those stores would have a chance to actually stay open, right? read more

If you would like to get tricked and told you have credit and should get a new iPhone (when you really don't need it) then visit this store and sign a bunch of documents that you may not be able to read or understand (because my mother doesn't read or write English) A month later she's told she has a 36 month contract with Verizon and there was really no credit involved. The manager and the sales reps have quotas and numbers to hit monthly! They'll use any trick in the books to make you a get new phone. My poor mother was tricked because she trusted a guy that spoke her native language. This store sucks! Don't trust anyone working at this location. read more

Tl;dr: STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. YOU MAY GET SCAMMED. My mother-in-law was scammed by the manager named David at this store. Her phone was only 4 months old, and she got a message saying, "Verizon network is not available." So she took it into this store to get it fixed. David told her the phone was bad and she had to purchase a new phone from their store, so she did. One month later they decided to switch networks, and the other carrier said that phone works fine, and Verizon just needed to give her a new SIM card. But David obviously just wanted to make money, so he lied to her. Now we are trying to get this fixed on the phone with Verizon and spending hours explaining the situation to the Verizon representative. After this experience, I will STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE and Verizon. I don't know how businesses like this still exist in this day and age. read more

Rodrigo assisted me for the entire process...finding the best deal for me, setting up my new phone and setting up my previous phone with a new phone number that I can now use for work. Worst service I've ever had in my life. Alex with the nose ring and little hoop earrings was blatantly uninterested in helping me turn service on a newly purchased iPhone. He tried once and said it was carrier locked so I called Apple and they walked me thru the steps so it would work for him. He sat on the bench scrolling Instagram and I asked him to try again, he told me he already did. I said can u please stop scrolling social media and try again? I'm currently on call with Apple and that's what they said to do. He told me that he's not doing me any favors with that attitude! What favors?!? It's his job! I'm a Verizon customer, all he has to do is type 10 numbers in but he's too busy just surfing the web to do his job. My mind is blown by how horrible a business can be run. read more
