My favorite nail salon in Millington! I go every other week for a gel manicure and once a month for a deluxe pedicure. Everybody who works there is friendly. The pedicures are amazing. For $38 you get a soak, scrub, massage, exfoiliation, mud mask, paraffin dip, hot towels, hot stone massage, and nail trim/paint. The $30 gel manicure is your standard manicure plus an arm massage. One visit my gel came off after just a week and I went back in and they fixed it free of charge. During busy times you may have a significant wait for a tech. Me and a friend waited over an hour. I said something to the owner, Tina, and she said she would be right with me after she ate something. She comes back out less than 10 minutes later and tells me someone else is doing my nails because someone else wanted her to do theirs. I mentioned the fact he had been there over an hour. She told me they were there first. But, literally I witnessed people get there after me leave before me. So, I think I've found a new nail spa. They have the cheapest shellac prices I've found so far. $30 with manicure, $20 polish only. The guy did a really good job. I hope it lasts, generally mine chip within tell days so we'll see. I got my toes painted there a few days ago at lunch and was impressed with there service so I went back. I have been to this salon about 12 times. Each time I get an excellent pedi, mani and they do a fair job on brows. the Pedi's are some of the best I have had for the price. A friend came in from out of town and we went for Pedi's and she was thrilled with the whole procedure. Well worth the price, and I don't think I have ever been there when they were not busy. read more

Used to be my favorite place. Went in there today for a regular pedicure. Just sat there getting my feet soaked for 45 minutes and not one time did anyone come up and let me know how long it was gonna be. They all avoided eye contact. They won't get my business anymore. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't live in Millington but I was out here and wanted to get my nails done while my truck got detailed. I found this place on maps and went there to get my nail done for my birthday which is tomorrow. I wanted the French ombré with dip. They gave me shellac, and the nails look terrible. They missed huge chunks on almost all my nails on the sides. When I complained about it they tried to fix it, just messing them up more and taking more polish off with the drill. I told them I just wanted a refund and they refused, saying I had to get them redone fully, which I kept telling them I don't have time I have somewhere I have to be. They were EXTREMELY rude and had no intentions of making it right. I will never return to this place and will be sure to let everyone how terrible of an experience I had. read more

I would never go back to this place. I selected a shellac polish from the pre-painted nails. And I was told it was shellac, but she proceeded to mix the polish with a solution that stated it makes any polish shellac. The color did not look the same and I had her take it off after only painting a few nails. She did not speak English very well and one of the other workers I assume owner came over and explained that the pre-painted nail examples require that solution and the shellac/gel polish is on the wall. No one explained that to me before I originally selected a color, so I choice one the true shellac polish colors on the wall. The nail technician did a horrible job painting my nails. It wasn't smooth and clean around nail and over flow of polish was on the sides of my fingers. I didn't waste my time asking her to fix it as I was so ready to get out of there. The pics posted are within 10 minutes of leaving. A few hours following visiting this place my cuticles are so sore on multiple fingers. We love this place. Everybody there is so nice. Basic pedi is $25. Foot soak, leg and foot massage, hot rocks and I love the oils and lotion they use of my feet and legs. I have been to this salon multiple times and never really experienced a problem until yesterday. I called to make an appointment for myself and my two step daughters. I asked how much a pedicure for a child (5 year old and 10 year old) would be and was told that if it was polish only, then it would be $5. Perfect. Despite making an appointment, we had to wait almost an hour to start my manicure. My manicure was rushed then we finally got in our pedicure chairs about an hour and a half after we arrived. I told them again that we did not need full pedicures for the children - just soak, trim, and paint. They're children - they don't need any hot stone or hot towel treatments - but the employees argued with me, said it would be good for them, and basically forced them on my children. I kept telling them no and to stop - as did my step daughter - because it was literally burning her skin, but they would not remove them. After arriving at 5:30pm and not finishing until 8:15pm (15 minutes before their bedtime), they charged me $22 for EACH of their pedicures because they did services we did not ask for. After almost three hours of being at the salon and needing to quickly get them home, fed, and in bed, I did not have the energy to argue - even though I did bring it to their attention that I was told it would be $10 rather than $44 - so I paid but I will not return. I understand it can be difficult to work on children - which is why I was trying to make it easy - but it's even more difficult for a parent when this should have been a much different experience all around. To top it all off, I was told that if I used their ATM and paid cash, I could get a $10 discount... Considering it took almost three hours, services were forced upon us, and I was charged over $30 more than was originally told, I found it insulting to be offered a "discount" so they didn't have to pay the credit card processing fees. read more

This place was terrible!!! I'm new to millington and tried to find a nail place that would do a good job, this is not the place!!!! They didn't care what I wanted, they did what they wanted to do. I walked out with regular, mass produced, French manicure nails because they didn't have time or even want to do anything else!!! So fricken annoyed right now!!!!! The whole thing was rushed because they were trying to get as many people in and out to make money, meanwhile the customers get below average service, it's terrible!! The whole time, the guy doing my nails kept looking at the clock and when I would tell him how I liked the shape of my nails, he would get all irritated because it wasn't the way he usually would do them. I told him I wanted a specific design, showed him the picture and he "forgot" to do it so I have plain nails. You could clearly see I was upset and not one person asked me if everything was ok or if they could do anything. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! Best manicures and pedicures I have gotten anywhere! They always do a wonderful job and could not have better customer service. Reasonably priced, clean, and they work very efficiently! They always take the time to give the best hand and foot massages too. I get my eyebrows waxed here and the do a wonderful job at that as well. I've been here twice now where they tell me it's a 10-15 minute wait for a pedicure. They take me to a chair where I put my feet in water and wait. And wait. And wait. Tonight, after 30 minutes of waiting, there was nobody even working in the back doing pedicures anymore - all five of the workers were up front doing nails. They did a terrible job on my pedi and nails. The girl was in way too much of a hurry and I just got them done today and the polish is already thin around the edges on my nails and way messy on my toes. I am very disappointed. All I can say is rude, rude, rude. They painted my little girls nails and put her under the lamp table to dry and she got burned from being under the lamp table. My little girl was crying and said it hurt. The owner argued with me and said it was a bug bite she had before we got there. Had to listen to my little 4 yr old cry most the night cuz her arm hurt. I heard this place was great but I am not impressed. I went with 2 other ladies and we got the deluxe pedicure and even discussed getting manicures. The initial wait to get into a chair was not long but after we got in the chair we had to wait so long that the water turned cold twice (about 30 mins). They started on the other 2 ladies I was with first and when it was mentioned about me getting a manicure I said no because I no longer had the time because I had to get back to work. Then the staff started questioning me over and over again as to if I was off or if I had to go back to work. The girl who worked on me rushed through and I was done long before the 2 ladies who I was with. The service I received was crap. When I was asked if everything was I ok I said no and told why. I was then told that was because I have to get back to work. Beware if you go to this place. If you say you have to be some place they use it as an excuse to provide inadequate service. read more

I have been to this salon several times and the lady that owns this was extremely rude to me. she got into an argument with my friend that I was there with and as a owner of a business myself you NEVER argue with a customer!. after I had my nail done I had asked to have my eyebrows waxed she rudely told me to go in the room. I waited over five minutes in the room she walked in and was very rough jus ripping the wax off my eyes she tore the skin off my eye (which I didn't notice till I was home and it was bleeding) then she rudely said "I DONE" and turned the light off of me in the room and walked out I had to get up in the dark and find my purse and go to pay. Still in shock I paid and after I got home and saw my face I was very upset. I called my bank to dispute the charges but it was to late.
