Those are the two positives. I see others have given them 5 stars and hate to be the one to give lower. But I'd have to lie about our one time experience. I will never return because of these reasons: 1. Whatever kind of normal nail polish they use, it is either a poor quality brand that does not last 3 days on your nails....or they dilute the brand they use and it is very thin with no protective coat applied on top. 2. I left the salon not realizing that one of my legs was not rinsed off from the pedicure. The salt scrub had dried and I didn't feel it until I got in my car and sticky granules went everywhere. 3. My friend got a special "cat eye" metallic manicure with tips and told the technician not to cut her cuticles. I echoed to not cut them to him because he didn't seem to listen. He hurried through the manicure so fast and began to cut the cuticles regardless and made my friends finger bleed immediately and she stopped him. 4. The cost was outrageous for the poor quality of polish, lack of protective coating on the polish, a very low quality pedicure/massage, the drive-through service and ignoring instructions for my friend. Outrageously expensive as they nickel and dime you for every little detail.

I got my nails dipped and had the detox pedicure which bith were great! My nails look uniform. My cuticles look nice. I would say the inky take away is that they buffering while shaping the nails was a little painful when shaping around the cuticle. With that said, she finished with cuticle oil and made sure that my nails were neat despite not getting the manicure. Ilof course it can come off pricey but the overall experience was very high quality so this will be the new staple for me.

I came in to get a soak off and a full gel x set because…read morethe day before I got an acrylic set at another salon and the application was all wrong (acrylic on my cuticles/scraped with the drill a few times). I told this lady about what happened the day before as we analyzed my nails and told her to be careful around my cuticles/skin bc I was scraped a few times. She agreed to be careful and that she would fix my nails so I felt good about it. Fast forward to the soak off and the first immediate red flag was that she kept trying to find a way to pop off my nails. (Mind you I got them done the DAY BEFORE so they weren't even worn down to where that could've worked.) I told her I did not want her to pop them off and that they could just soak. She refused to just let my hands soak for the proper amount of time and kept taking them out every 3 mins to drill. Fine no problem I know this is how some salons do it for time sake. Then she hit my skin with the drill and I was actively bleeding. Like not a small break in the skin it was a whole scratch with blood. Instead of treating where she cut me, she continued to try to put my nail back in the acetone. I told her multiple times that it was burning. I had to ASK her to put something on it to stop the bleeding. After that I told her I no longer wanted the full set, I just wanted to finish the soak off because at this point, my nails need to heal before I do anything else. She then CONTINUES TO TRY TO POP THE TIP OFF THE NAIL THAT IS ALREADY BLEEDING. I asked her is there a particular reason she couldn't just drill the remaining acrylic off? And she said "I'm popping it off bc the acrylic is thick"... so she tries again and I literally feel my natural nail split from her trying to wedge the other tip between my nail and the acrylic. It hurt so bad I pulled my hand back as a reflex. At that point it just told her nevermind and left. Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 stars i would. Left a photo of my nails when I left.

I am not a manicure/pedicure kinda gal, so I usually feel like a fish out of water. However, the staff was very friendly and guided me through the process.
