Those are the two positives. I see others have given them 5 stars and hate to be the one to give lower. But I'd have to lie about our one time experience. I will never return because of these reasons: 1. Whatever kind of normal nail polish they use, it is either a poor quality brand that does not last 3 days on your nails....or they dilute the brand they use and it is very thin with no protective coat applied on top. 2. I left the salon not realizing that one of my legs was not rinsed off from the pedicure. The salt scrub had dried and I didn't feel it until I got in my car and sticky granules went everywhere. 3. My friend got a special "cat eye" metallic manicure with tips and told the technician not to cut her cuticles. I echoed to not cut them to him because he didn't seem to listen. He hurried through the manicure so fast and began to cut the cuticles regardless and made my friends finger bleed immediately and she stopped him. 4. The cost was outrageous for the poor quality of polish, lack of protective coating on the polish, a very low quality pedicure/massage, the drive-through service and ignoring instructions for my friend. Outrageously expensive as they nickel and dime you for every little detail.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, and they go out of their way to make sure their clients feel pampered. Once seated in the chair, I was brought a menu for a complimentary beverage. The frozen margarita is yummy! There is no picking a color from the bottles on the wall here, they bring a nice book over to choose colors from. The supplies for the pedicure were brought out on a pretty gold tray with flowers and a candle. The entire experience was elevated and enjoyable, and my tech, Andy did a great job. I went back one more time and my pointer finger got infected causing a lot of pain. I ended up coming back and having my nails taken off. Went to my dr and I had a staph infection. They put me on an antibiotic that cleared up the staph. It then went into a fungus. Today I had to have the nail taken off. I wouldn't recommend anybody take a risk for a chance of infection. It's been a rough road. They do create your own box for your own files but they use the same electric file on everyone, I spent prob $100 including the 15 to have them removed then all the Dr visits. Don't go.

I haven't had much success with Gloss Nails locations but I thought to give it a try. I only scheduled a pedicure and some of the top requested nail tech were out that day. Either way I proceeded with the pedicure which is the most basic service you can do. The tech was not patient and did a rush job on my pedicure. Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.
