The nail tech who did my nails today did a real nice job on my cuticles, but not so good on shaping my nails. When I got home, I wound up filing down a couple long corners. i'm a nail tech from Florida; have been one for 5 years. i moved here last September (and thank god moving back to Florida from this trash hell hole) i have done my gel toes myself since i've moved here, but though eh, what the heck i'll treat myself and let someone else do them. the girl was fine, i wouldn't have prepped the nail she did at all, never did my cuticles or buffed them with the efile, just sprayed them and buffed with a small buffer, so i will expect these to peel in the next week. but this is what she left me with! people in this town are seriously not capable of literally anything, not even some stupid gel polish on some toes. pathetic. read more

No stars for T Nails... This store refused my business since I requested a liner in the pedicure bowl like the other pedicure customers had. She didn't want to let the water out to put more water on top of the liner and just stated they are out. They have been providing these liners to customers since the beginning of COVID-19 for safety reasons as they took the Tennessee Pledge. When I spoke to the shop manager about it, he said there's nothing he could do and ignored me. Keep in mind that I am one of their regular customers until today. I've seen their unprofessionalism with other customers but never with me. Today I learned my lesson with them. I was treated horribly! I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was given a towel that had long strands of blonde hair on it, and when I requested a clean one, the staff was very rude to me. They did not do a good job filing my nails, so I decided to leave before I got my manicure. They did not bother to try to fix them or offer me a discount for my poor service. Worst customer service I've ever had. I do not recommend that anyone goes here! I can't believe this place is still open, and will rejoice when they close for good! read more

Very clean, very popular with Fedex employess (around the corner across the steet) and locals living off Hacks Cross and Southwind area. I've been coming to T-Nails for many years now. I have tried many nails places in Memphis and Germantown and I always end up coming back here; not only do they do nails well, they are certainly the cleanest nail salon by far, regulars get their own box of equiptment (nails buffers, filers etc) which is nice since you don't have to come in contact with anybody else's germs. The most friendly group of ladies who work together well, oh, and one man, Andy! Christie is the girl who does waxing. She is a pro with eyebrows and people come from far-away places (no, not outside of America or TN far but far enough lol) to get their brows done by her... ever since she started doing my brows, I have not gone to anyone else. At times the line for waxing alone is more than an hour!! Yes, some people come here solely to get eyebrows waxed! Her mom also does nails and her boyfriend is the owner... Jenny is the joker and so is Andy who loves telling stories... Like I said, everyone is good at their job and very friendly here. You need not worry about who ends up doing your nails. They tried to charge me $90 for acrylic toes + gel nails which I've never had to pay before. No pedicure included, i was highly upset! First time customer, with two people ahead of me. Walked in and the asked what I would like to get and I only came for a fill. Was told to wash my hands first which was expected. After taking a seat I was told to pick a color and then told the colors that the colors I was looking at were only for dip powder. I needed shellac polish which the colors were not out for me to select from. Waited 20 mins before seated in a salon chair. Then waited another 20 before I got up and left. Worst experience with any place I've been to. I use to enjoy coming but didn't notice the prejudice ways this place has. The WOMEN are very rude and get irritated if you ask them to fix something on your nails. She got irritated when I asked her to break down my price at the check out counter as well. The Men in my experience was very polite and professional Kevin was great. The whole vibe in this place sucks the women be very nice and out going to certain people if you know what I mean. My sisters and I have been customers of T-Nails for over 10 years. My aunt, who recently started going, loves it there as well. Andy is my guy. They make a point of getting to know their customers and having real conversations with them. Not just, did you work today? Christie is the best. She's a Master at eyebrows. Tina is the Best at the Pedicure bowl. You will absolutely get what you give in this salon. If you come in with a good attitude, you'll get the same in return. If you don't, then! You also have Calvin that does nails. Calvin and Andy will tell you the truth about your nails. Oh, and they know if you have cheated (gone somewhere else) to get your nails done. Don't miss out. I went here just for a polish change.The nail tech started to speak in her language to the other tech, then after the conversation tried to convince me that l needed a "fill in" instead of what l requested. I repeated that l ONLY wanted a polish change. I refused to allow them to persuade me to get when I didn't come in to receive. I walked out and will NEVER return. read more

I go in and sit for 30 minutes only for these yaps to tell me that they cannot do a polish change on my toes because they have other people and it would take two hours. I went in for a manicure and I was disappointed with the service I received when I came in. The manicurist was talking on the phone while she started doing my nails and continued to carry on the conversation for 5 minutes. She kept walking to the back to get one thing or another. She didn't massage my arms only my hands. But at the very end when I asked politely for her to clean up a spot that she got polish on my skin she gave me an attitude and refused to do it. I have been going to Tnails for a while but after my last experience I will not be returning. Normally the same person do my nails but this time a different guy did them and he basically tried to do what he wanted to do and what he thought would look better and got upset everytime I corrected him. I had to repeat myself so many times with him on my hands and feet. He then got upset and asked if I wanted to let someone else do my pedicure. Once we were done I went to pay and as always I asked for a break down of my total but I didn't realize he overcharged me because I was so upset and ready to go. I went to get my eyebrows done and wanted to use my VISA to pay the bill. When I received my receipt, I noticed a charge of $11 instead of $10. I asked the young lady about the price difference and was told by her and the gentleman behind her that they charge an extra fee for using any card. I told them that I am a business owner and that fee shouldn't be that large. (As an aside, I was not informed that I would be charged an additional fee.) As we were talking, the owner walked up and said, "If you don't want to pay the fee, pay another way." (He stated this AFTER I had already paid.) He then told me that I was no longer welcome in his business. I asked for his name, and he said his name was Calvin. Let me start off by saying I'm beyond annoyed and frustrated receiving my pedicure. I normally always go to T nails and leave feeling great service was always good but today was the worst. I got there right at 4pm and there was like 4 people ahead of me So I knew it would be a minute. Fast forward all the people that were there before me are now being serviced and there are more people coming in now. Two girls come in after me are getting mani and pedicures so they get seated to get their nails done. Now it's been over an hour plus some that I been waiting and I see one the girls is finished with her nails and gets seated for a pedicure and now I'm extremely annoyed I politely go tell the nail tech That the lady she just seated for a pedicure came in after me I been sitting for over an hour waiting . She's walks me to the back and I get seated and it's another 20 minutes or so before anyone even gets started on me every one else that came in around the same time as me have all had their pedicures and are now leaving at this point. The nail tech Tina was super polite and was the only one who apologized to me and I tipped her for her service. Not one time did a manager come to me and or apologize for being skipped over and terrible communication skills that took place they didn't even offer to take anything off for the wait either . Went to get a pedicure and a full set. With the pedicure, she cut my toe nails slanted at an angle.... not sure what looks she was goi g for with that and she also failed to smooth the nail edge leaving it jagged. After having my full set for a week, the side of one of my nails stated to feel warm. Turns out it was infected because the guy but me so I had to remove it immediately. read more
