When I'm in town I like to pop in b/c of the great job that they do but my goodness, the wait time is utterly ridiculous. I came in a 4:30 for a gel polish on my toes and overlay on my nails. I was directed to sit in the pedicure chair at 5:00. They started on my gel polish for toes at 6. And abt 6:45 I sat in the chair for my overlay on my nails... y'all they didn't start on my nails until 7:25. I walked out of the door at 8. At least if you have ppl sitting that long offer a beverage? I had to ask for something to drink. On top of this wait, there were two screaming children in there that screamed for an hr straight. It was ridiculous so bad that another customer needed to do 5 more mins of the gel cure and she said no, im ready to go I've been here since 3 and it was 7 when she left! They do a great job but prepare to wait a lifetime unless you come when they first open read more

they do good nails and have good customer service. not a lot of nail technicians so you may have to wait. i get there early or i dont go at all lol. Prices are reasonable. read more

I visited this place for the first time in 2 yrs. It's under new management and I must say it's not for the best. I recently moved back to area and needed my nails done and decided to try it out again. Things started off ok. The pedicure was ok at best it was difficult to communicate with the tech because she barely spoke English. Once the pedicure was completed. I moved over to the table to have my nails done. Then the drama unfolds the female nail tech was rude. I tried to explain to her what I wanted and she ignored me and started putting tips on. Then she begins to laugh because my nail bed on the left hand is longer than the right hand. Then she started talking in her language about me and laughing while looking me in the face to the other tech. I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life. I came there to get my nails done hoping to make myself feel better instead this place made me feel worse. By, the unprofessional behavior and no respect for their customers. I won't suggest this place to anyone. Stay away they have zero respect for their customers. They deserve -F for over all service plus the health inspectors need to go by there and check it out they are using those razors on the bottom of customers feet during the pedicure. My visit to Kristy's was great! I went during August (COVID season) so they took my temperature and was instructed to wash my hands before getting seated. The whole experience was very friendly and efficient. I showed the nail artists a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. Will recommend for the price and efficiency! read more

Good experience, mostly friendly staff. Now, to start off my experience there, I brought my mom in with me for a basic pedicure. These were done well and I don't have any complaints other than the polish chipping the very next day. I hadn't worn closed-toed shoes 3 days prior nor several days after my appointment if that's necessary to point out. I hadn't had enough time to even have a reason for my toenail polish to chip so easily within the next 24 hours. Next, I moved onto a full set with gel. I had a fairly decent sized set and got some help from my tech on choosing the size. Idk if it was just me but from the way it was cut and filed I was shocked that anyone would think it was straight. I think they noticed and tried to fix it which I'm glad for but once I got out and saw it again I just filed them straight to avoid snags and such since there were extra grays all alongside the nails. One other issue that I had was with the filing along the skin of my fingers. I'm aware that skin may become raw around the filed area but one of my fingers were literally in agony for the next three days. Never really happened to that extent before, but again I understand why that area needed to be filed down. Other than that the outcome was okay. I got a ton of compliments for men and women everywhere and was enjoying them too. I just didn't like the pink tone to mimic my nail bed as shown in the photos. Way too pale. The photo I had showed them had a clear coat rather than an opaque flesh tone coat. All that aside, I was there approximately 3 hours for the entire pedi and full set and design process. I had a great conversation with Andy and he was sweet and did a great job for what I can appreciate. I'll just make sure to be more outspoken when it's a certain look that I'm going for even if they feel that they know what I want instead. The nails lasted well for 3 weeks when I decided to cut and remove them myself although they could've lasted even longer with some upkeep and additions to fill in the space. read more

Terrible customer service! I walked in was clear on what services I needed. I asked if they had the time snd they said yes and took me to the pedicure chair. After 38 minutes of sitting there with my feet in the blue water they continued to ignore me, and 2 customers came in without appointments and were taken to the chairs and they began to serve them. I proceeded to dry my own feet to leave and they began to speak in another language, all while the girl who I spoke with initially just stood there staring at me, doing nothing, and returning to serve the women who came after me without appointments... read more

Won't be back...my gel polish that was supposed to last two weeks came off after 6 days.

The nail techs change so often you aren't guaranteed to get the same one twice. If you're lucky you'll get one who is more experienced, doesn't buff/file your nails until they are paper thin, and the polish will last longer before peeling off. As this hasn't happened in my last two visits, I'm moving on. read more

I've been a long-time customer of Christie's nails ever since Chris he was the owner well on today which is 20 June 2020 I had scheduled an appointment on the previous day for 1030 it is currently 11 o'clock and I have not been saying I am choosing to leave because this is completely and utterly bad business. I spoke with Brian and let him know that this was that business and I had changed my appointment from 9:30 to 10:30 in order to come accommodate the employee. His response was OK and nothing else will see it I am now choosing to terminate my services with this business go at your own risk. I have been to a lot of nail salons but this is my favorite. The girls are not very talkative but they always do a great pedicure or manicure. Krissy is super nice and always says hello to everyone who walks through the door. Their prices are reasonable and I can usually always walk in and get a spot. Today was my first time to Kristy's Nails and I can say that they have make me feel like I have been there my whole life. Their Customer service was great, everyone was so nice to me and they are professional.
