requested french manicure w purple tips... pink was not what i was looking for wanted more natural like skin tone under... we had to restart with an entire hand. this was SO hard to get across even with a pic. it toke about 2 hours in total. not to mention she was a bit rough & few nails were bleeding. also had a pedicure at a different time & while the nail tech treated me well.. the nail polish barely stayed a week? the polish quality, experience with time and requested nail color/design was poor. i unfortunately wont be back. I will say they did apologize, someone did step into help finish quickly as I had another prior engagement and they did offer me some hand lotion and soap to go so I think they alleviated the situation but it's definitely not somewhere where I'm gonna return. :( read more

BEWARE!!! Learned my LESSON after 9 months of being too lazy to go anywhere but around the corner from my house!! Let me tell you how bad these people are! After almost a year of using them and paying their insane prices the first time I want a design Katie couldn't deliver and rudely told me to go to another place for my design. When I wrote to Henry his response was horrific. Never once asked for my nails redone never once came in and complained about my nails and the one time I speak up and not let them price gouge me and leave me unhappy they respond with filth! The place is all hype. If you want to pay high prices for basic be like me and be loyal to them. Only for them to take their cheap crappy ways and tell you to stuff it because they can't make a design on my nails to even resemble any of my examples below. I was left with a giant bubble of sharpness and ugly leaves on mustard and ketchup that didn't even lay close to flat or stay sticking to my nail!! NEVER AGAIN!! Terrible service. I'm a Yelp reviewer and this place is unacceptable. Pedicure service 5/21/22 at 2pm 1. Didn't use callus removal even though it is included. I asked her to use it and was told misunderstanding. 2. When applied callus didn't even wait and started to scrub into my feet for 1 min and then left some of it on my feet which looks awful. 3. When tried to ask her to fix it gave attitude. 4. Left white residue on my legs. I asked to clean it off. She try to rub into my skin with dry towel. At the end I still had white stuff on. 5. When I said this unacceptable and tried to pay and leave. She tried to argue with me that I'm wrong and miss understanding. 6. They tried to offer money . I didn't accept. I said it was never been about money , it is about service. And the fact that lady tried to argue with me as I'm trying to leave just proved that this place isn't for me. I do not recommend! Ken made sure the shape was perfect and the pink and white ombré with subtle shimmer is perfectly blended. There's new owners for the last 2 months ! I've never been here before and I wanted to get a mani/pedi before I went on vacation. The owner Kim gave me a gel manicure, and they're beautiful! The co-owner Ken gave me a pedi and did a fabulous job too! They are so pleasant and nice. I've been looking for a home for my nails, and I've found it. Sometimes when I get a pedicure at other salons, and my toes are polished, they leave a gap between the paint and cuticle and it looks like my nails have grown out but not here. They don't rush you off when they see someone come thru the door. Pumice stone - YES "Cheese grater" - YES and not the "scratch scratch you're done" like they go to TOWN in my feet. And it's nasty!! I came here for the first time worth a coworker several years ago as its right around the corner from our office. I've never looked back. If you're looking for a quick in and out job, this is not the place for you. I've only ever gotten a pedicure here, the FASTEST I've ever gotten out is a hour and a half, the longest was close to 3 hours. I bring a book and just relax. Their basic "Spa Pedicure" is $25, which is what I normally get (they add $5 to pedi services for men - probably because they get them less often). You soak while they work on other customers. They put scrub on you legs while they remove polish, clip, file and scrub your feet. Rinse. More scrub, massage on the calves and feet. Rinse. Lotion, massage, more stuff with the feet. Rinse. More lotion, hot towel [hot stone massage if getting a deluxe for $30, then the parafin]. Polish, dry. They're family owned. Husband, wife (Kim), a couple of their older children and sometimes other family members operate the business. Amazing. Heavenly. WORTH THE WAIT! read more

I recently came here for the first time with my mother in law and grandmother in law who are regulars here. They are super nice and clean and do a great job. They took their time and didn't rush on neither of us and that's what makes the experience so much better. The owners are husband and wife and have a son who is about 7 or 8 and he's such a huge help. He helped me in my chair and helped with my belongings and making sure I was comfortable. They will slather your legs with every potion they have and give you quite the massage. Family owned -owners seem to be quite friendly The young man that did my toes, rarely spoke, lightly tapped my feet and legs when he wanted me to move. He repeatedly hurt me when trimming cuticles. I'm not very sensitive either, but it was quite painful to have him work on my toes. I honestly wanted someone else to finish but did not want to be rude. The nail polish job was sloppy and I'm not at all pleased. I'm going to my regular place to have them repaint my toes. I'm willing to give this place another shot as the customers there seem to love the place. I will request for one of the owners to do my pedicure. I would suggest not having the young man with tattoos do your pedicure. The work was not gentle or neat. I literally cringed when I saw him get the cuticle trimmer out again at the end.
