They did great job on my pedi and mani, for my daughters they overcharged for thier nails to be painted no pedi mani for them, they charged them 50.00 dollar per child, I asked them just paint the nails, they did gel and I didn't want this. I went to get a basic manicure and the women seemed to have zero interest in doing my nails. First the one woman started but then passed me on to another woman because her appointment showed up. I explained to both women that I want my nails round and filed very well on the sides. The second woman threw the nail file at me so I can do my own nails and had an attitude about it. It seemed like unless it was a gel manicure or something that cost more than the basic they weren't interested in the work. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated as a customer, and both of those women didn't understand English and hardly spoke any either. Poor service. I do not recommend this place. read more

As I guy going in I'm never made to feel uncomfortable; I'm pretty cut and dry, manicure, pedicure, no polish just get me cleaned up and professional looking. Went here with a friend to have side-by-side nail services. They took us right away but this place was just ok. Mediocre mani and pedi's. Didn't paint part of my toe nail. Did not put my nails under a dryer or spray with a drying agent. Just removed the toe inserts, put my sandals on and said you're done. The tools & nail filers looked a bit dirty. I'm not sure if they sanitize them and if so how often. The cuticle nippers came in a plastic sanitized package however I work in the medical field and these packages have never been sealed meaning they probably reuse these packages and there's that possibility they are not sterilized. Needless to say we won't be going back. Still looking for a local nail spa to go to with friends. read more

THE worse pedicure I have ever gotten . Came here on vacation and wanted to treat my aunt and daughter to a pedicure and my daughter also got gel manicure .She is 12 and said she has seen gel nails done on her friends and they look so much nicer . They only put one coat of gel and you could see her nail through . My pedicure was uneven , couple of nails were cut on an angle , and there was polish all over my cuticles .Today is day 2 and polish is already peeling at the bottoms of nails and I haven't even gone to the beach !Couple of nails were not even filed straight . Best of all-when paying $103 for the services my aunt offered to pay the tip since I was treating and all women gathered around her and had the guts to say " that's for all of us ?" With an attitude !! Very unprofessional !! If it was greater service I would had left more tip on top of my aunts /but forget it!!we should had left none for the kind of awful service . I'd give it zero stars if I could. I went there about 6 months ago, and was not going to bother writing a review. However, as I look at reviews before going places, I had to write a review because I did not want other people getting ripped off here. I was charged $55 for a fill in and a pedicure. The mani was horrible; painful and painted all over my cuticles without cleaning. The pedi was substandard. The massage was nonexistent and she was finished in 15 minutes. I told the girl that it was really short and she told me I had to pay an additional $10 for "more" massage. I paid it because my feet and legs were hurting from standing so long the day before, and I figured it was worth it. NOT. She did another 10 minutes if that and I paid $65 for the worst mani and pedi I have ever had in my life. Stay away. read more

I was looking forward to taking my 2 daughters and myself to get a pedicure. This had to be the worst pedicure I've ever had. Not only did they rush through the pedicure, the lady ended up cutting one of my toes. Unfortunately the bleeding did not stop so she said she could not polish that toe. Accidents happen, but I figured she would cut me a little break. Not the case. Ended up with a 9 toe pedicure! I did not get the basic pedicure, but the one above it because I have rough heels.
