Fantastic worksmanship from these folks, and courteous service to boot. I honestly couldn't find a single thing out of place with how they do business, so they get a tasty 5 star rating! My wife and I were rear-ended on a Friday afternoon while driving out of town. Luckily it was more of a fender-bender than a true accident. We scheduled an appointment with T-Paint the following week and Brendan and Stephanie both came out and looked over our vehicle, taking pictures. They finished the estimate with lightning speed, and we made another appointment to drop off the vehicle the following week, as the repairs were pretty involved. Picking up our vehicle, the impact points on the body were totally nonexistent, and the cargo boxes mounted on the back had been re-balanced and tuned. They actually opened BETTER than beforehand (which was probably my fault as an amateur gear installer). We settled up at the front desk and drove away. Horrible experience! I was quoted a week on getting my car repaired. Two weeks later I got my car back with worse problems. Quite literally every other day my car was taken back to them. After two and a half weeks of that the problem was supposedly fixed. They lied to my insurance company saying my car already had these new problems when I took it in. Horrible service. Horrible mechanical work. Horrible mistake to go here. read more
