They did not honor their return policy! I bought these as a Christmas gift for my son and there was a blackout at the time so I told the man what I wanted and didn't see where he got them from. When Christmas was over my son told me he I got him the flex instead of the regular ones, so when I went to return them, they accused him of ironing and wearing them when he didn't. I know because he handed them to me and I put them in my room to return for him. He didn't even like them why would he wear them? I like this store for many reasons! It has very good high quality clothes like Dickies and Pro Club. But the store is a bit empty. There is many spots in the store that can be utilized for shopping purposes. But besides that, the store has some acceptable prices for its products. Overall, if you work in construction or just want some high quality products, come here and buy plenty! read more

Went in to try and get a shirt or hat made. They are expensive and kind of rude . They don't like answering questions and have examples on hand that they can't even make. Why display full color black printed shirts. But you can't even make them ( ha ) Then charge 25 for setup and then can't even get the file that you paid for . Found this location on yelp, after searching for a specific size hoodie with no luck this was my final stop. Getting to the store front from GPS not a hard drive. Soon as I walked in friendly greetings but with no forward courtesy to see if I needed any help. Came to find what I needed but was shocked by the price for a no name knockoff hoodie. Horrible customer service! Been here a few times just to purchase tank tops. Every time It's the same situation. I walk in both Asian lady and man don't even say a word. They stare at me the entire time as if i was going to steal something. Today 7/29/19 I walked in to purchase a tank top and asked if I can try it on , the Asian lady said no! Wasn't sure if i heard her correctly so I asked again if I can try it on, once again she said No. How the hell am I suppose to see if it fits without trying it on. Super poor customer service. I needed 16 matching shirt in various sizes. One size they didn't have. I asked the sales person who may have been the owner if he could order it for me in the size I needed. I offered to pay for it now, and wait for it to come in. He said they company didn't make them in that color. (Yellow was the color) I questioned him, and let him know I had seen the color and size at another location. He said I was wrong and then walked away. I kindly put back all the shirts I was going to get and left. I found everything I needed IN THE RIGHT COLOR AND SIZE at the another store closer to my house in Orange County. I won't be returning to this store ever again! Today, I went to this horrible establishment to look for a couple of t-shirts. I tried on 2 in different sizes but they didn't fit. I returned them to the rack and as I was walking out I smiled at the lady and said thank you. She wasn't looking at my face but at the dark gray t-shirt I was wearing and had walked in with and which I had just recently bought at Old Navy. I realized what she thought and said to her that this is my t-shirt. I told her it was ridiculous that she was thinking I was stealing one of their merchandise and walked out. As I was pulling out my car, I drove past the front door of the place where her husband was standing and he walked towards my car and looked intensely at my t-shirt. I repeated what I had told his wife and said I would never come back to this place and would tell everyone else I know to do the same. He yelled angrily at me in his native Asian tongue which may have been an obscenity for all I know and then said in English "do not return". I actually thought he was going to hit me. I drove away disturbed to say the least. What a terrible experience this was. Do not, but do not ever go to this place of business AKA place of horrors. read more
