He was able to get my dad his navy blue suit and ivory shirt. There's a wider selection of suit colors and brands here compared to Men's Warehouse and MUCH more affordable. The store is super clean and there's plenty of parking spaces available at the back parking lot. We came on a Sunday right when it opened and we're glad we did to avoid the crowds and this way you have more time to look around and feel relaxed. Nice interior rude staff. Allen was not giving the best customer service. I understand that the customer isn't always right but he wasn't even trying to hear us out and accommodate for us. He is condescending and did not want us to try on other sizes. He got snippy and said "you guys don't even need me then". He went to the back and pulled a bigger size to show my grandpa how oversize it would be. When we were going to choose a size to settle on it felt like he didn't want to help us. He was unsure of what jackets we tried on previously but it was clearly in front of him. My grandpa is older, and he didn't want to talk to my grandpa directly. He wanted us to decide for him. We left right away. We were there to buy a suit and not get fashion advice. How can you justify being rude to a 102 year old man? read more

My experience here with Aleena was not pleasant. While my husband and I were seeing which pant size suited him best, she told me to let him figure it out, basically stay out of it. When I asked for a bigger size for a top, she ignored me until I asked twice. She also kept making comments about his body like "you do the fitting since you work out," and "you have an expensive body." I felt that was unnecessary. I've been to their Gardena location too with my husband and son, where their selection and service was excellent! This Bellflower location is so much closer to me in the OC, had a huge parking lot in the back of the building, was clean, beautiful, and even smelled amazing! First, the service was above standard one of the best I've experienced in a clothing store. Alvin was so helpful and knew exactly the questions to ask to service us quickly and patiently. He figured out what we were looking for and presented several options for us to choose from. He even sized my dad so well and found suits for him that made him look good!! Thank you Alvin!! Second, they had so many styles, colors, and fits to choose from! And the quality of the suits far exceeds the prices! If we had gone to the mall, we probably had to spend the same just to buy one nice suit! We ended up buying three suits for my dad and a shirt and a bowtie!
