DO NOT GO TO Tint For Less, LLC ‼ Picked up my car Saturday night 8/15/2020 around 8-9PM so it was hard to see the imperfections. From afar outside the tint looked nice but as I sat in my car a day or two later since it was now daytime & I don't use my personal car often I could now see cuts & scratches on my windshield tint. Asked for him to look at the cuts on the tint job he did on my windshield, stated I had to wait at least a week which I did. Politely called him today about an appointment he said had to be made as shown on the receipt & I respected that. Guy goes from 0 to 100 arguing & states all sales are final... I asked that he look at his horrible craftsmanship on my windshield & he won't even do that. I just want the job redone. Told him I was going to watch while they ripped out the tint to make sure they don't leave a mess like they did when I got it back the 1st time so he begins to brag about 35 years in business(more like 35 days) and so on. I'm an easy going person & didn't even bring up the fact that they left some type of liquid marks all over my dashboard until now since he wants to belittle the fact that the car is a lease/Hyundai. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went there because my boss told me they did a good job on his car, I left my car there at 6pm called him back at 9 car is still not done tells me he's starting it now. Then I call back at 10 pm now mind you it's 10 pm!!!! I'm fucking pissed at this point! He says he just took his lunch and the car is still not done. It's now 11:20 pm and no phone call from them. HORRIBLE customer service! Got my tint done there & went back the next day because the corner back window had a bubble forming & since his "Tint packages" comes with lifetime warranty I wanted to address this issue before it gets bigger. He said that he did it correct & this is something that I would have to come back when he has time to look at it. Mind you I was there at opening & no one was there. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! This is my 1st time getting a car tinted& the experience w/ Lenny was terrible. Lenny is very rude! I get to the shop & he has me sitting here waiting on him while he leaves the shop to run his errands. After about 35mins Lenny starts my car. 6 hrs after my car is finished. I pay for the service & leave. After driving off I realized he forgot to tint one of my windows & also realized the tints have bubbles & scratches! Let's not forget f***ing scratches he left on my car a 2013 Lexus IS250 ! I texted him & he tells me to come the next day. Then I get a text saying come the day after next because he's too busy.. really ? I come to the shop 2 days after I already paid for the service & he puts the tint on the window. I have him walk around the car to show him the scratches he left on my driver side door. (Pictures of the scratches be put on my driver side door & the bubbles & scratches in the tints will be posted below) He shrugged his shoulders & his response was "your word against mine". Smh. This is my 1st time writing a review on anyones company. I've never been the type. Decided to try this place since a good friend went to them for tints. Owner said he specialized in wraps as well so i wanted my headlights vinyl wrap. He agreed to do so. Gave me a date, time and price. Day of my appointment i call to confirm and he kept giving me a go around with many excuses. Extremely unprofessional to the point i chose not to visit the business. Not to mention the results on my friends tints. After seeing his work i vowed not to ever give them a try. He completely ruined my friends tints. Horrible job with air bubbles and scratches. He didn't even properly cut around the film where his brake light is on his window. Not clean at all. I don't usually bash businesses but this one .... not a good place to get work on at all. Worst service ever. Had scratches all over my window (a couple of bubbles too) and when I talked to the guy about it he refused to even come out and look (even though I had bought the lifetime warranty) saying that he was too busy to even come out and take a look at it. Great place to come if you're looking for good quality work and great customer service. You also get a lifetime warranty. You don't need an appointment. They have first come first served. Different options to choose from of what tint you want or even design, if you may want that as well. Compared to other places I could've gone I'm glad I went here to get my car tinted. read more
