His competitors are supplying him with business, so now their reputation is on the line too. Rick was great about following up with me and scheduling the work within a few days. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way and got right to work. While I don't know the technicalities of repairing a door frame, I do know about people skills and apparently he has both.
