Tyler is very responsive to my calls or texts...he takes care of my mom's lawn in Norton...I would highly recommend T2Designs as their prices are reasonable too! We had a question about some large holes forming in her yard and he came out and gave us an honest opinion. Used them in the past for snow removal. They over salt way too many times to over charge you. The plow guy is wreckless and sloppy with his plow damaging your property. The salt has tons of gravel in it and come spring you'll be shoveling all the gravel they've dispersed in your driveways and lots. Won't ever be using them again. They have a lot of bad reviews if you search the internet. Make sure you do. read more

Working for T2 Designs was an awful experience. Taylor, the owner, frequently belittles employees and loses his temper. One time, he gave me instructions, I followed them exactly, and then he insulted me by calling me a "retard" for doing what he told me to do. The sales guy, Tyler, gaslights customers when mistakes happen--he'll blame the customer or other crew members instead of taking responsibility, which kills team morale and trust. Leadership constantly threatens and harasses staff, and the entire company is unorganized and unprofessional. As someone who worked here, I would never recommend this place as an employer, and as a customer, I wouldn't trust them to handle my lawn care or landscaping needs. read more

This landscaper has no humanity or compassion. I was a client until I ended the contract. 1. They came on the wrong day every week. 2. They missed a section of my yard weekly which is now overgrown. 3. I asked for a hardship accommodation for one month to reduce service to twice for that month only vs weekly as I am hospitalized and my income is temporarily reduced to 60% due to a short term disability. 4. The owner will not talk to his own clients. 5. They have no compassion care or regard for what their client wants or need in regard to service. 6. No compassion or care for their clients. The owner of this company is a not someone anyone should do business with. They have not care or concern for their client they only care about money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - they don't do the whole job and they refuse to take accountability for their poor work. MY ADVICE - Choose a different company. Find a company where they will talk to their client and show appreciation for the money they spend. Find a company that is customer centric. You will have a better experience. Although I've never spoken to Tyler due to his refusal to do so, you would be better off going with a company that cares about the client. DO NOT USE THIS LAMDSCAPER!
