I hired them to test the backflow prevention device on my irrigation system. The work was done on…read more6/12/26 satisfactorily and I paid them thru their automatic invoicing system (Intuit). On 6/15/26, I received a notification from my bank about a charge that I didn't recognize. The company name was not coming to mind at all. I immediately called my bank to shutdown my account because of a concern that my account had been compromised. After some investigation, I came to realize that this company is a DBA situation. When I called them to let them know that I was displeased about not being told that the charge would come through under a different name, the owner asked me for my name and told me they were removing my name from their master list and wouldn't be doing business with me in the future. Well, that's a great way to treat your customer. You F up by not revealing the name(s) of your company causing me lost time on the phone with my bank, almost closing the account, which is a PITA and it's somehow my fault. Kate Arnold, you shouldn't be in business. Please learn how to treat your customers better.
