I love my boba, and I was very excited to try T4 because my friends said that theirs is good. When we arrived (around 2 in the afternoon) there was a line and we took our place behind about 5 others. It did take a long time for us to reach the register. I ordered the Classical Rose Milk Tea with boba and opted for the larger size. I really enjoyed my drink. There was just the right amount of rose in it and the boba was (in my opinion) perfectly cooked. I tried a bit of my friend's Taro Milk Tea and found it to be good but the taro flavor was a bit much for me. I also had a sip of the Elegant Rose Royal Tea; it was very light and refreshing, but the boba in it was very chewy. All in all this is definitely one of the better boba places that I've been to, and I'm excited to come back and try more flavors. read more

I went in today .. this looks like newish establishment BEWARE the door as you enter!! The door is heavy & before it opens enough it swings back. It caused a decent gash on my right arm. There was no apology at all or even empathy. I asked for napkins then after I paid for my order the young girl said " um oh, do you want me to see if I can find a bandaid?" This is the best college boba place in town, complete with the right boba vibes - board games available, usually enough sitting space, and music will either be EDM, KPOP, or top 40. Reliable, open late enough for night cravings. Really good service at the register (and employs a lot of college students). Free wifi, password available at the register. For Stockton, this is one of the better places for boba. It definitely satisfies any boba cravings since there is a large selection of options but the price is fairly high. Personally, I feel like their drinks are often diluted; there's really not much tea flavor at all. The boba is pretty good, and is more on the chewy-side. I also HATE being thaaat person but I often have to ask them to remake the drink because it just tastes like water with a hint of tea. Service is REALLY SLOW, like sooooo slow. It literally takes 20+ minutes to make 2 drinks even when there's no line. There's so many people working in the back so I'm not sure why it takes that long to make orders. The parking lot was limited in front when I came here after 8pm on a Monday. There was parking further away so if walking was fine with you then parking wouldn't be an issue. It was busy here and a lot of people were either talking or playing games or waiting for their drinks/food. I didn't really see a menu on the wall and the only thing was the paper menu at the cash register. Luckily, this wasn't my first time at a T4 location. I had to go it Pearl Milk Tea ($3.25) and made it a large ($0.50). They ran out of big pearls so they asked if mini pearls were fine and they were. It took a few minutes to make and other people were waiting as well. The Pearl Milk Tea was good and tasted like other T4 places. The mini pearls were soft and chewy so that was good. I've never had an issue ordering drinks from this store except for today. The service is typically great but the girl with the spider eyelashes and front bangs was really rude and bitchy. I ordered drinks and I asked about the free drink that I redeemed because I was charged for the additional up charge and extra toppings. In response, the little girl acted like I was stupid when the policy clearly states that when redeeming a free drink, it also includes toppings and an upsize. I know for a fact she could've gone about it in a better way but instead she started making me feel like I was having an argument over a $2 charge. Typically, in customer service, the customer is always right and the least they could've done was to look further into the policy but instead they were stern about knowing their "policy" when in fact they are clueless. We try to order over the phone for a big order of over $100, my husband first talked to a staff that works there, after we completed the order with that person, we were put on hold because the manager stopped the person who took our order, the manager's name is Joey, he gave us the worst service ever because he told us that they don't take big orders that is $100 or more over phone, even we offered to paid in advance. They removed the speaker from outside so you have to check inside for your order. They need to expand the whole drink/kitchen area to move orders out faster. I'm glad this place came around so that Stocktonians have more variety than the chains Quickly and Lollicup. Here at T4, the drinks that they serve are more authentic in the sense that they use real brewed tea as their base. Like most boba places, they have a stamp card reward system so don't forget to get that! Whenever I come I enjoy the Panda Milk Tea. It has two kinds of boba in it, white and black of course. The white/clear color boba is chewier and has a good contrasting texture to the gooey black boba. I enjoy the different textures and the milk tea itself is refreshing. My gf gets the jasmine green tea and that one is good as well. Today I wanted to help out a fundraiser so I decided to go the next step and order food so that more revenue gets donated. I ordered their Basil Popcorn Chicken and it was scrumptious. It was fried perfectly and there was a lot of basil. The chicken was seasoned well and went along with their chili sweet sauce. Katie and I came in to try out T4 for lunch and dined in. I like that you can customize your tea not only with flavors but sweetness and the amount of ice. There are so many choices, everyone should be able to find something they like. They also have a lot of different choices for additives like the coffee jellies or boba. I think my biggest issue was figuring out what I wanted and what flavors to combine to create the best drink. If you don't know what to get they do have specials and a wall with pictures of their top drinks. The food was ok, I wouldn't consider this a great place to get lunch, but maybe a snack or at least some sides to a real lunch. When we went they had sticks to poke your food instead of silverware, which is perfect for the type of food they have but made me feel a little silly while I ate. We tried the chicken and fried tofu which was good but left me wishing I had eaten something healthier before we indulged in fried food and sugary drinks. Every time I can convince my husband I need even more boba-tea-money, I come here. I'm not even joking. I drink so much boba tea that I exercise solely to drink more boba teas. And where do I go? Here. T4. I haven't enjoyed a boba tea place more since coming from Southern California. Everytime I get a drink here, it is consistently delicious. Their sweetness levels are also consistent, unlike other boba tea places. Yes, their service is a little slow but if that gets me the quality I love and deserve in a drink? Then so be it. My personal favorite drink here is the Okinawa Milk Tea. Get it. It's delicious. My husband's favorite drink is the French Pudding Milk Tea. I've never had anyone not like either of those drinks. The only downside I can think of at this location is really that their menu is kind of sad. The drinks are on the wall and it doesn't really look like they offer much compared to other tea houses. I've had their strawberry yogurt drink, earl grey milk tea, and passion fruit green tea and all were very yummy! The last time I came here, I came with my husband. It was on a Friday evening and it was extremely busy. We were lucky and got ourselves a table as soon as we walked in. Right after that, no tables were available and problem were pouring in.
