Get it with less sweetness though, because otherwise it's way too sweet. I've had the calamari but I didn't think it was amazing. The popcorn chicken was definitely the better option between the two. T4 also has a good environment to hang out with friends. My friends and I would come just to drink our boba and play Jenga or Uno. The music they play is also pretty popping, but if you don't like ratchet/EDM, then you might find it annoying. I have visited T4 quite a few times since I started college nearby. The spot is a good hang out area that has board games on the side and free wifi to be used. The overall place is pretty clean but can usually get messy when people leave their trash behind. In comparison to other drink/boba spots, T4 is definitely still the best. I tried going back to Lollicup but their drinks are very inconsistent and usually ends up in a tossed drink and disappointment. I have had a few bad experiences with Quickly(hard boba or too sweet ._.) so I also haven't gone back for awhile. The drinks here at T4 may take quite awhile to make, but still taste balanced; especially when you can customize most drinks (sweetness, add ons, etc). As someone who is also working at customer service, I could not fathom that I will have a terrible service in this location. Providing average customer service is okay. One thing that I observed is that one of the employees pushed us to order in the kiosk when we said we are paying with card, but clearly we wanted to order in front of the cashier for our reward points. Okay, so it's not THAT bad but leave stuff on your table when you get up to grab your food or a Lola will totally steal your seat. The line was to the door when I walked in. I've been to several t4s and boba shops. Normally, it takes forever for my drinks to come out because of how busy it is. This one was surprisingly fast! I also ordered the popcorn chicken but that came out maybe 5 minutes after my drink order was finished. Totally understandable, totally a-ok. I got a French pudding milk tea with boba. There was a TON of pudding and boba in it. Perfectttttt. The boba was definitely fresh and chewy. My chicken was hot and an insanely large portion. You can grab your sweet chili sauce yourself so the cashier doesn't judge you when you come back and ask for thirds. Not bad for Stockton! As a Bay Area native, I'm pretty spoiled by delicious boba, so I was a little disappointed to say the least when I began going to university here and only really had Quickly's and Lollicup. I was so happy when this place finally opened up about a year and a half ago! A new poke place has also opened up next door, as well as a second Empresso location in the same plaza, so clearly, Stockton is stepping up its game. The menu at T4 is extensive, and if I'm feeling adventurous, it can be overwhelming to decide which drink to get. Most of the time though, I stick to my favorite drink: -Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Grass Jelly: I usually get this with 80% sweetness and less ice. This is my go to drink at any boba shop, and T4 did not disappoint--they do it much better than the other boba shops in town! It's always refreshing, earthy, and creamy. You really can't go wrong with this one! The snacks here are also not bad; the basil popcorn chicken has a huge portion for the price; sometimes, I'll order it for lunch if I'm not too hungry. I also really like the buns with condensed milk! They remind me of a snack my parents would make me when I would a child. They also have full-on rice plates now, but I haven't gotten the chance to try any. Additionally, the egg puffs here are alright. They used to be the only place in Stockton that made them, so I didn't mind that they could be a little bit dry, but now, you'd be better off getting the egg puffs at Dream Ice Cream. Sidenote, the jasmine milk tea here is not bad either. Whenever I come here, I usually bring back a drink for a friend or my roommate, and I always pick the jasmine milk tea if I don't know their favorite because it's tasty, reliable, and consistent. I've always been a fan of T4 ever since it opened. Right when I tried it, I realized that it was in my opinion the next boba shop in Stockton, even though if you go to other cities you'll definitely find better. Even though the milk teas are made with powder, I still like the taste and flavors of the drink. The softness and chewiness of the boba is definitely one of the high points but if you go before closing time, the boba tends to be harder since they're not as fresh. My regular drink that I get is the taro milk tea with boba, which is definitely my favorite here but all of their other drinks are good too! Also the snacks are on point! How they taste, how sweet they are, and gave us some recommendations. I ended up buying a Caramel Milk Tea, it was so delicious. My wife bought the Elegant Rose Royal Tea, and it instantly became her favorite drink. This wouldn't have happened if not for the great customer service. The only issue was when we paid. I personally think this is the best place for boba in Stockton and will probably be my go to. The teas aren't of the highest quality but they definitely do the job. I wouldn't get the royal milk tea, it tasted watered down to me when I had it but they also have some other variations I like such as the potted milk tea (probably my fav there)! So this was so last year but, I went to this boba and food place called t4. This was a toe curling experience because I had ordered a strawberry smoothie with tapioca pearls and soon enough (I waited almost TILL CLOSING TIME TO RECEIVE MY BOBA) I got my favorite kind of beverage. This is one of my favorite boba place in Stockton. They have a pretty good selection for their drinks and even have a selection of food items that all very filling. My personal favorite from their menu would be their Classical Rose Milk Tea with the small boba pearls. A really good food item from them would be there takoyaki, even if they are a bit heavy on the bonito flakes. My only complaint is that with very limited room inside, you mostly have to wait outside for your order which can drag a bit with extremely hot or cold weather. I definitely recommend this place especially if you go to delta college. read more

Hello T4 Staff & Resources, I am reporting an incident that has occurred on June 22, 2018; Friday at 8:00pm Pacific Time. I had submitted an order by phone/app to the T4 Location: 1215 W March Ln, Stockton, CA 95207 - USA I arrive at T4 to pick up my order, and one of the employees by the name of Daniel tells me he cancelled the order because of the lack of food resources their store location has. Yet, I was still charged on my bank account for my order. He also tells me to go to the back of the line, which is fairly long, and make another order when I get to the front. I ask for the manager, his name is Steve, and I explain to him the incident, that I had placed an order and was still charged, even if they cancelled it. The manager, Steve, said "go back to the line and take another order". I go back to the line, and once I'm up front, I ask for Steve once again, and the employee tells me, he is on break. Is this how T4 treats their customers? As a manager, they should be willing to accommodate and speak to their customers at any timely fashion. Also accommodate and offer what they can do to help the customer, but that did not happen with me. I was sent to the back of the line, and charged for my order, and also had to pay AGAIN, with my reorder. The employee also told me they were too busy to make calls to their customers and notify them, that the order was cancelled; as an excuse. If the manager had the time to talk to me in person, then what difference does it make to make a quick phone call, to tell me the order was cancelled. And isn't that what their job description is? -to accommodate customer service at any event, even if it's problematic. This incident was by far the most upsetting visit I had with T4, specifically at the Stockton, California location. Boba here is above average for Stockton! I like to order the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba, with 30% ice and 30% sweetness (even then, it's still a little too sweet for my taste), but I've also ordered the Thai Iced Milk Tea, Roasted Oolong Milk Tea, Okinawa Milk Tea, and the Earl Grey Milk Tea. Personally, I thought the Okinawa and Earl Grey tasted exactly the same, so I would recommend to save a couple cents and get the Earl Grey instead. I wish they had Coconut Milk Tea! :( The boba here is nice and chewy, and I really do think it's some of the best I've had in Stockton. But, being from SoCal, nothing compares to Half & Half... I've also tried the basil popcorn chicken, which is pretty darn good. You don't really taste the basil with just the chicken, but I thought the texture and flavor of popcorn chicken was great. The inside is cute, with lots of tables and chairs to hang out with friends. The only annoying thing is that they blast their music loud, so it's a little hard to have a conversation over the noise. They have a whole bunch of board games as well. Make sure to get a stamp card, you can get a free drink after buying 10! Above average boba place for Stockton! When I first started attending school, t4 wasn't here and I was so disappointed. But I'm glad they opened a t4 shortly after! The drinks here can be a hit and miss which is disappointing.. There are times when I ordered my roasted oolong tea and it would taste like diluted water.. So after a sip, it would go in the trash. Other than that, this place is my home away from home. My typical drinks here are Thai tea with 80% sweetness (regular sweetness is way too sweet for my taste) and French puddle milk tea. What I like about t4 is they can adjust the sweetness, ice, and substitute ingredients (for those that are lactose intolerance - you can get soy milk!) Don't forget to bring your stamp card! After 10 stamps, you can get a free drink. I often try to be daring and try something new when I get a free drink. They've added a lot of food on the menu now! They have a lot of Chinese snacks like popcorn chicken, tofu, and egg puffs. Their egg puffs lack authenticity but it's the best you can get in Stockton. Expect to wait in line on a hot afternoon, especially during weekdays since a lot of UOP organizations do fundraisers here. read more

Sigh I used to love T4. When they first opened, their consistency in matching the sweetness you want, boba texture, and drinks were all good. T4 used to be in my top 5 spots for milk tea of all time. However, their large ratio of turnover in staff makes all the drinks taste very inconsistent. I order the same thing every time: earl gray milk tea, 80% sweet and every single time, it has been way too sweet. I then ask for 50%, then it tastes like milk. Even today, I ordered the same order-- but this time, it was too sweet and 60-70% of the drink was filled with ice. Normally they're good about their ice proportions, but now every time I order I'm just disappointed in some way or another. Their food is good, but sometimes they'll forget to put in the order. I shouldn't have to ask for 10 things to be satisfied with my drink.. This isn't starbucks. I used to rave about this place to everyone, but not anymore. I'm happy that t4 is now open! I've been to the Dublin location so I was looking forward to them coming to Stockton. Yummy drinks, free wifi, and EDM music...what more do I need?! They also have games like uno and checkers that you can play. I went on the third day of the soft opening, and the line was out the door. I wish they had the menu printed largely on the wall, so I could choose my drinks while waiting. They have the "top drinks" on the wall, but that's it. You can change the sweetness of your drink, and they have a wide selection from milk teas, flavored teas, smoothies, and snacks. Is it sad that I go to this place when I'm craving their popcorn chicken and not their milk teas? To me, T4 is like another Quickly chains. Nothing particularly special about their milk tea/flavored tea drinks. But, I love their basil popcorn chicken and their wings! A must get snack when you're here! It's boring to get a snack without something to drink, so I usually get a jasmine milk tea with coffee jelly & boba (30% sweet so that I can taste the tea and the coffee jelly/boba is marinated in sweeteners so I don't need my milk tea to be any sweeter, but I get 50-75% sweet if I have a sweet tooth). All their teas are pretty typical. Nothing too amazing, but it will satisfy that boba craving. Happy hour is after 9pm and I believe it's 20% of your entire purchase. read more
