I've visited this car wash about 7 times. 3 months ago when they opened, all the equipment worked. During my last 3 visits, the vacuum suction had decreased noticeably and the compressed air was not working at all. I wrote to the company about this, but never received a responses. Earlier this week, I arrived at 8:35AM. No human in sight. As I backed out, someone came into view. Yes, they were open. But it was a special day so the point of sale needed to be updated. After 5 minutes of unsuccessful attempts to update the POS, I again backed up and left.

My jeep was so loud that customers would tell me their dogs started barking 30 minutes before I even got to their house (I was an entire neighborhood away!!). This bothered me A LOT. So after AAMCO fixed my transmission, I asked the manager over there if there were anyplace locally that could fix the botched up job someone who will remain nameless did on my exhaust. His technician recommended Muffler Man. I'm not from Ocala, so the manager even showed me the fastest way from his shop to theirs! I showed up, they put it on the rack and before they did, I told them to not laugh at the horrible puttied up, sliced up job some idiot mechanic did to my exhaust. But they laughed anyways. And deservedly so! There had to be at the very least, 7 or more cuts that were simply putty covered and NOT welded like that idiot guy has sworn they were. Well, that's all in the past! In less than an hour, they had the disgusting, sliced up, puttied up piece of pipe out, replaced, WELDED completely in place and now you can't even hear my car start! It's running better with no exhaust leaks and I'm sure my gas mileage will be better too! They do all kinds of work there besides just mufflers! I'm coming back to get some electrical work done and my brakes too! No more of me wondering who can do what. For a measly $120 (which was sooooo worth it!) and in less than an hour, I'm driving what sounds like and drives like a brand new vehicle? Sign me up for all of it! They do: exhaust systems, oil changes, engine swaps, brakes, shocks, struts, electrical, full service and free inspections! And they're right around the corner from the best transmission place I've found yet! Don't take my word for it... check them out for yourself! I think you might be surprised at how inexpensive getting that loud, obnoxious exhaust fixed will be!

The cart started squealing again after a few minutes of riding. I called Cartfixer on a Tuesday afternoon and Michael came out on Wednesday at 8 am. He correctly diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. While he was here he adjusted the brakes, again the previous service had adjusted them wrong. Very professional service. The waiting room is civilized and quite - there is a person at a desk to greet you and get you started in the right direction. You can make your appointment ahead of time online, so when you come in, they just check that you brought the right documents and give you a number. If you did call ahead, you get called almost immediately. If you didn't plan ahead, the wait times are still quite reasonable. They handle licenses, registrations, paying tax bills, voter registration, etc. When you're called back, each agent has a nice desk area with two chairs for you to sit down and discuss why you are there. We've been several times now, since moving here, and we always walk out saying what a great experience it was - from the wait time, to the friendliness of the staff. Such a breath of fresh air.
