Ive been a professional driver for 26 years and I quit eating at Ta Petro restaurants. Ihavnt been in one in probably 15 years. There are probably 150 trucks in the parking lot and maybe 3 people in the resterant ..I dont know what that tells them but I know what it tells me. Their food is bad and way over priced. Definitely a nice solid truck stop overall, the showers were pretty decent, they have a restaurant as well as subway and Pizza Hut if you want a quick bite, the employees were fairly nice with no complaints at all. read more

If I have a chance to give zero star, I would do. The worse truck station I have ever seen. I had to leave my trailer at the truck parkinglot of this station and I would like to leave at reserve parkinglot but they don't let me put there, they said they just let corporate businesses to use reserve spaces, anyway I put my trailer at the parkinglot where is close to the building. And I came here 2 days later, I couldnt find my trailer where I left. I asked them to check the cameras you know what they said, they cant check them because the cameras which faces to parkinglot are not WORKING. You can believe this!! You put your asset at their parkinglot and they just say ' OUR CAMERAS ARE NOT WORKING SINCE 15 days'. I will never come back here again!!! read more

Apparently, the women's bathroom have all sorts of inspirational things written on the walls. Don't ask me how I know this. There's a Subway here and a convenience mart of sorts. The particular subway is not the best for your roadside sandwiches. The bread was really dry and seemed like it was a month old when I grabbed a sandwich on the go here. Eep. read more

Over 200 parking spaces, many reserved. Lot appears maintained & fairly clean. They let the trash cans go to overflowing, before they go around to empty. They have several parallel parked nag spaces n AR the entrance to the travel center door for handicapped drivers. The showers were okay, but some dried blood was on an upper wall in the shower. They evidently do not pay attention to wiping down the walls. The attendant was pleasant & helpful, otherwise though. Very small area in tv room. Chairs in the hallway & flat screen tv there, with baseball on Sunday. The place is set up a bit different from other TA Travel Centers, I have frequented. The store itself is somewhat small, has a partitioned area, called "The Country Store". Otherwise, the usual sundries are available in the main store area. They also have a Subway & Pizza Hut for food choices, besides the Country Pride Restaurant. Restrooms clean, trash seems to be emptied on a regular basis, only cursory cleaning otherwise. read more

I totally appreciate rest stop more after this trip then I have in the past - they REALLY serve a worthy purpose and I think many don't understand their important of the road traveler! This place was decent in the cleanliness department, which will always mean a lot to me - they have a variety of items that can get you on your way and the prices are reasonable! read more

Its a typical interstate highway style gas/station/resturant/travel center. There is a lot available and the service is good. Lots of gas pumps makes for easy in/out. Just be careful exiting I-90 onto 531 as there are a lot of traffic accidents at this intersection. read more

A typical highway place. It has everything and mostly attracts truck drivers.

I absolutely dread coming here but I have to fuel here for my company. The guys at the fuel desk are always nice but the people in the front are atrocious. Always rude....I think this is the only truck stop in the US that consistently provides such aggressive and ignorant service. read more

Worst place to eat, the food was over done, dry, no taste to it. I tried this place 3 times, being the last I ended up sick. I really tried to give it a chance, but there is really nothing that can help there food. I would not tell my friends to go there and eat at all. read more

Your mechanics here at eerie, pa leave a lot to be desired. They're rude, crude, and spend more time smoking than doing any work. We have been sitting here for over an hour waiting for them to fix some lights and do a DOT inspection on the trailer! We called yesterday to set up an appointment, told them we was 13'11" wide, they said not a problem. Guess what? Theres a problem, we can't fit into the bay!! Your guys shake their heads and walk off. I'm sure our company will be paying out the butt for your employees to sit outside on theirs smoking!! You're getting one star only because its the lowest I could go!! read more
