This review will include several ratings because while the chicken was good and the cashier's service was good this center missed the mark. The chicken is a 5; hot and fresh tasting. The server that fixed my order is only a 1. Not friendly; very impatient even though there were no other customers behind me. This is my second visit to this travel center because the food is good. However just like the first visit both ice tea containers were empty! This is the South, places must have good ice tea available to customers. This is a 1. Sooooooo.... I just had the worst experience with a place of business. And now it makes me want to throw up my dinner I bought last night! I go to the restroom this morning before I leave and there is no toilet paper in the first stall I go in so I just go to a different style. No problem that happens. Then I go to wash my hands there is barely enough soap for me to feel comfortable that my hands are clean. But I go ahead and wash my hands and rinse them. I tell the lady at the cash register that there is no toilet paper in one of the stalls and there's no soap and she told me she couldn't do anything about it she's the only one there. I'm like during a pandemic you can't put soap in there for people to wash their hands?She told me since she was the only one there she couldn't leave the register. Then I asked her what happens when you need do use the restroom then she told me she just has to hold it until the lady gets there at seven, yeah right. So now this woman is in there taking people's money handing them stuff without having her hands washed. I will not stop here again. Plus all of the parking spots that they have are paid. I went ahead and got one last night simply because I was tired. But like I said I will never be back here again to this nasty place. I hate to even give them one star but I had to to post this review. Just know they're not even worth one star. read more
