Angels Towing helped my husband after his accident. While they were traveling to the body shop the driver stopped at a light, he hadn't secured our car properly and it smashed into the tow truck causing noticable damage. I have called and left 3 messages with Angels and he WILL NOT RETURN MY CALL OR TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY. Angel, please return my call. read more

$69 plus tax for 3 minutes of work unlocking my truck, where he used my help, if any car situation happens....please look around for other business for service this should be ur last resort, I should've ask for a price before he came, my mistake, even then if the price was decent, I'm sure he'd knock up the price, he just wants ur money. Don't support his crooked business.to whoever reads this I'm sorry for your emergencies but recommend not to go with the first place you find like I did, save ur money look for good reviews and prices read more

Im not sure why this company has bad reviews. I always use them for whenever i need a tow truck (and i need it a lot). He knows how to get the job done thats all i gotta say. Ive had some dumb towing truck drivers before. This guy can give you a very accurate estimate. Hell he can even tow your car if you dont have the keys to it. I know this because i lost my keys and had to away the car. No clue what he did but went under the car did some things and next thing you know the car is loaded. He is very professional and i definitely recommend him to everyone in the treasure valley. Its a local business so lets support him. Thanks everyone! read more

This was the most unprofessional company I have used! The truck was not properly secured to the truck. By the time they got me home the only thing keeping my truck to the tow truck was the wench. The back chains were on the bead of the tow truck. The driver did not know how safely drive the truck, almost hit another car on the freeway. Also the drivers tried to charge me an extra $40.00 to take my truck to the repair shop instead of my house 6 miles from here. Also no paperwork was done and the truck was not legally marked! read more

These people are crooks!! Their website clearly said (and still does) that there is a $75 flat rate anywhere in Meridian, ID. I had a vehicle towed from one place in Meridian to another place in Meridian like 5 miles away and the jerk charged me DOUBLE. He said that their website was wrong and that they no longer do the $75. He said "the code expired." There is no code and no expiration on their website. FALSE ADVERTISING IS AGAINST THE LAW. Watch out for these crooks!! read more

Car broke down as I was exiting I-84, insurance sent angel towing to come get it, after 4 phone calls with a very rude dispatcher, the guy finally finds my car, calls me and tells me there's no key in it (there doesn't need to be and I'm not leaving my car sat at a busy exit with the key in the ignition), I tell him I'm at the gas station right across the street and I'll bring it to him. He tells me, verbatim, "have your insurance reschedule, I have better shit to do." and hangs up. I had been waiting for him for over an hour cause the dumbass couldn't follow my very specific instructions, telling him the exact exit where my car was located. He didn't care whatsoever that i was stranded there. Thankfully my insurance was on top of it and they said they're going to conduct a full investigation, this guy will be reprimanded, and they're considering not working with this company anymore. These guys really do not care about your car troubles or whether you and your vehicle get somewhere safe. I can not believe the quality (or lack thereof) of customer service and I can't believe the way I was treated after already such a stressful situation. Seriously, take your business elsewhere. These guys don't deserve a penny. read more

Has a mailing address of "1650 W Targee St., Boise ID" which is only a PO Box, and uses stock images for 'Ingrid' who will be the contact for the stock text messages they send. You can see the entire text conversation we had in the photos I've submitted so that you can see evidence to back what I've said and also that what actually occured this fraudulent business differences significantly from what they will claim in their response. Horrible customer service only through texting and their technician never arrived nor contacted me directly despite several requests from me for the technician to contact me so that I could coordinate linking up with them at a large truck-stop. I sent in a Google Maps pin drop to my exact location. Once I was notified their technician had arrived I tried to establish contact with them through their text dialogue and only received automated messages in return and a video of their technician driving around the wrong truck-stop. I notified them their technician was at the wrong location and heard nothing back from 'Ingrid' their automated manager. Please see my attached photos of the entire conversation as proof of their lack of response and refusal to refund my money. Additionally I was advised to choose 'diagnostic' when I asked for a power steering line repair, and then after I paid was told they would only perform a diagnostic and something about conforming to state laws. This is entirely unacceptable as no state law prohibits them from repairing a power steering line as originally requested. Use this business at your own risk and do not trust what they say in their response. They were NOT at the correct location and never attempted to contact me to link-up. Trust the other negative reviews. $238.50 for a 'diagnostic' that they never performed and still charged me for. I used another mobile mechanic, Richard Wilson, with Elite Mobile Auto Repair who actually arrived and repaired my power steering line for $154 and even drove himself to three different auto parts stores to locate the correct parts. This is good service, not what 'Mobile Tech Auto Repair' does with stealing money for nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and applicable licensing authorities and they received no response from the owners as this is a shell business set up under several different names and addresses. No business should be able to outright steal money for services willfully not performed.

I called the number and Chevy is the name of the person who I spoke with. Made an appointment for today at 4pm and he was at my place on time. What I liked about this is that the mechanic comes to you its a $90 dollar to diagnose the problem and if and gives you a prices of how much it's gonna cost and if you choose to go with him he applies the $90 dollars to the full price. I asked him to look at my other vehicle and he fixed everything on it and changed my battery. Chevy is super nice and he enjoys working on cars. He was fixing my cars while I made dinner love that instead of waiting in a lobby or having to get a rental or a ride home to have someone work on my car. 1.5 hours of labor done at home.

My car died, and wouldn't turn on near mountain home at 2am in the morning. I called multiple tow companies and almost none of them answered/willing to go out there in either a timely manner or without charging an arm and a leg. Called Angel Towing and they got there within 45 minutes in the middle of the night and drove me all the way to Caldwell. Mohammed was very nice and had great customer service. Our daughter had an accident while on a remote dirt road. This happened late at night. I called a tow service to tow the car but they wouldn't come out until morning. I then called Angel Towing and they said they would come right out. About 25 minutes later they showed up and towed the vehicle to our home. I didn't catch the gentleman who drove the truck's name but he was wonderful. This was such a scary night for our family and I am so grateful for Angel Towing for helping us through it. We ran out of gas about 12 outside of Boise. After calling many other businesses that were little help and very expensive (over $170 for the service call and an additional fee for the gasoline) we found Angel Towing online.
