I always park here when I leave town and have them do an oil and lube, fill up, car wash, whatever I need that I wouldn't take to my Honda mechanic. They are cheaper than the airport lot and they valet you up to the departure level. My tire light came on so I used my tire gauge to check the pressure and one tire was at 26psi. I drove to Chevron to see if they had air and the attendant told me to pull up and he'd put air in. I did and he did but he put the air hose on it for literally 5 seconds, said I was good. I drove home but the light was still on. I checked the pressure again and it said 16psi. I got air somewhere else and I've had no problems. Light is off. I don't know if he did it on purpose or not but the outcome could have been fatal if I'd needed to travel farther than the 1 mile to my house. I mean, who does that? read more

These guys were amazing!!! Originally AAA gave me a 2 hour time estimate to get me car towed. I called the Airport Chevron and they said they were pretty booked looking at an hour to 90 minute, but, would do the best to squeeze my tow in sooner. 30 minutes later they were at the car. Brett used his mighty battery booster and got it started. He called ahead to the shop and they were waiting to install new Battery and get me back on the road. The owner, manager, and assistant manager are terrible! They are rude, pushy, and inconsiderate. I witnessed a customer being told put ice in their coffee if it was too hot. The customer said it would water it down. The assistant manager kept insisting that they drink it even though it was too hot. This is a terrible Chevron and the owner should be highly embarrassed by his employees behavior, especially bc the employee followed them to their car and starting harassing them. I stopped to fill up my rental car on the way to the airport and couldn't figure out how to open the gas cap door. Looked over the entire dashboard and underneath for a button or a lever. I went inside to get some snack and the man behind the counter, Larry, asked if I needed help. I DID! He finished up with me and the next person and walked outside to help me out. I came in for a Carwash today before I picked up a good friend from the airport. I drove up. Paid $10 for "The Works". I used the scrub brush to brush my tires and wheels. Then I pulled in. The wash did its thing for 5 minutes. I pulled out and was about to walk in and buy myself a package of Armor All wipes. But as I walked away I turned around and noticed. My car was still dirty?! It was a mess. I told the cashier and she offered another wash - I told her I didn't have time for another wash and that it makes no sense for me to use the wash again if it doesn't work. So, she grabs "Scott" and he comes out and accuses me of trying to Scam them. He said, "It's a brushless wash" - "you're supposed to scrub it down with the scrub brush". No. No you're not. I'm not going to take the dirty scrub brush and scratch up my car when I've paid $10 for the wash to do it. I can spend $5 and go to a DIY wash if I want to do that. Scott is an embarrassment. He loudly accuses me of scamming him. No, the real scam is YOU. He's a pathetic phony and can't admit that his wash doesn't work. Own up to it. He finally gave me my money back. My electric car would not charge and I was stranded in Boise. I had to get my car to either Portland or Seattle for the repairs and AAA assigned Airport Chevron Service to tow me there. The owner of Airport Chevron was extremely kind and helpful. I know it sounds strange, but he took a special interest in my predicament. The first 200 miles of the tow were covered by AAA and I was supposed to pay the rest, which would have been about $600. He reduced the price so that I could afford his service. He even called several times during the day while I was waiting to hear from the auto repair place to offer his help. He was not pushy and I never any pressure. Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful. Of all the people I dealt with on this misadventure (and there were many), the owner of this company was the best and his employees could not have been better.
