This is my first review on yelp. I created an account yesterday. Unfortunely, it has to be a negative one. I came to socal water to fill up alkaline water and pay my phone bill for the 1st time(i didn't know they had phone services here till my last visit). I come here because the alkaline is cheaper than other water stores. This is about my 3rd time here. Ive been to other water stores on washington and this is my favorite because their alkaline is the most affordable. I've been to waterland and wateria and they charge more for alkaline water than socal water. Here's where my experience went wrong. 1st i asked if i could pay my metro pcs bill here. Levon, the owner, said no, metro pcs is for poor people. I was angry at first but then i realized, yeah i use metro pcs to save money. He might have been joking, but still he came off rude. 2nd - i had a noticeable limp due to me twisting my ankle in a jiu jitsu tournament. I asked for help. Levon then said, "sounds like a personal problem bro". Again it seemesld jokingly, but he was dead serious and i linped my bottles to the car. THE ONLY REASON I GAVE HIM 2 STARS IS BECAUSE HIS WATER IS THR CHEAPEST ON WASHINTON. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE id rather pay an extra 50 cents and go to waterland dowm the street, they always help you to the car without having to ask. Hope this helps. I called several place in the Pasadena and South Pasadena area, and the owner was by far the most helpful and the only one would actually cared. I go to Socal Water about once a week and they have great prices and really great service. I've referred my friends to this place and now they go here also. His hours are good, and locally in Pasadena, so it's a no brainier for me. They also offer other services like cell phones, calling cards and other useful things we all need. Best of all he carries Kangen Alkaline water!!! I'm so happy I found this place. read more

I probably shouldn't be here-after getting a price quote over the phone which was extremely reasonable, I called back and left vm asking to set up an account for water delivery. That was 3 days ago. Perhaps something went wrong with the owner's phone? I also sent a text in case he had vm issues. Nothing. No call back. The best, and only, place I will go to for water. Even after I moved, I still make the drive all the way over here to refill my gallons. It's simple, clean, and friendly. They clean the gallon for you with pressurized water before refilling it. I also like how they use their carts to help you wheel your stuff back to your car. Most importantly, the water tastes GOOD. It's clean and fresh. This place has my loyalty for life. read more

This is by far the most organized and respectful water place I have ever been to! Levon is really nice and provides great customer service. This is an update to my previous review. I just ordered Kangen 9.5 alkaline water delivery service from Socal Water today, and Levon delivered as promise! Wow, I am super stoked about this service!!! There is no Kangen alkaline water store anywhere in the vicinity of Monterey Park, and I used to have to drive to Pasadena to refill my water every week. But today Socal Water delivered 4 5-gallon water bottles to my home in Monterey Park! I only ordered 3 5-gallon bottles, but Levon gave me an extra one for FREE!!! Wow, what a generous guy!! Great place to get your, clean, healthy Kangen water! We have switched over from waterland because the owner seems very knowledgeable and confident about his water quality. He gave us a free gallon of Kangen on our first visit. He's a nice guy and the store seems to be a family business plus the delivery service is truly a life savor :) It is really nice of him to offer this service and he helps us with our two 5 gallon, glass containers up the stairs to our place.
