Still so happy to have found these guys! Been coming here for months now and their service is consistently excellent every visit!!! They are always happy, friendly, and you see them smiling even with masks on!! They ALWAYS help me to my car with the heavy bottles and load them for me! A huge help bc they're so heavy! Their store is always spotless. The water is always fresh and excellent! I've never had any issues. Oh and they have punch cards too! Where if you buy so many gallons you'll get a free fill up! Parking is on the street out front and I almost always find a close spot. I think I've only had to wait for a spot maybe once or twice since I started coming here. And their prices are also competitive with the area - $0.30 per gallon for regular water. I believe they also have alkaline but am not sure on the prices. I'll definitely keep my business here!

TA Water Service is under New Ownership this new family is not connected with the old owner at all ( who scammed several customers including my cousin ) they just took over about 5 months back I have been using them for health reasons for my dads acidity he feels much better and only wants to drink water from here now lol I love the fact besides their water is genuinely fantastic tasting I always notice their kindness in helping older customers delivering to their car and wanting to help even before you ask . Prices are lower than any around I would be happy to pay double just because I am sure they will help and take care of my family if in case they have to pick some heavy water and i am out of town . I probably shouldn't be here-after getting a price quote over the phone which was extremely reasonable, I called back and left vm asking to set up an account for water delivery. That was 3 days ago. Perhaps something went wrong with the owner's phone? I also sent a text in case he had vm issues. Nothing. No call back. In short, I truly wanted to try this service, but with no response, what am I to do?! I envy those that are happy with the water service. : ( read more

The best, and only, place I will go to for water. Even after I moved, I still make the drive all the way over here to refill my gallons. It's simple, clean, and friendly. They clean the gallon for you with pressurized water before refilling it. I also like how they use their carts to help you wheel your stuff back to your car. Most importantly, the water tastes GOOD. It's clean and fresh. This place has my loyalty for life. read more

Amazing customer service! Levon was super helpful and provided fast delivery. He made ordering home delivery of alkaline water a breeze. The water tastes great, he uses BPA free bottles and his prices are really affordable. I was previously going to Whole Foods alkaline station, but from now on I'll be reordering from Socal Water. This is by far the most organized and respectful water place I have ever been to! Levon is really nice and provides great customer service. He helped me clean my gallon jugs, and also gave me free caps for it. I was short 50 cents and instead of getting ticked like most places would, he was cool with it! He also manages a phone repair shop next door, and I'm surprised he can handle both so well. read more

Just moved to the area recently and ran out of water tonight. I searched and saw this business close to my new place and still open at 6:45. I walked over and got my 5 gallon jug refilled. They offer other services besides water as well. I experienced great customer service by Levon and I just tried a large cup of the water. Tastes great! Thanks Socal Water. This is an update to my previous review. I just ordered Kangen 9.5 alkaline water delivery service from Socal Water today, and Levon delivered as promise! Wow, I am super stoked about this service!!! There is no Kangen alkaline water store anywhere in the vicinity of Monterey Park, and I used to have to drive to Pasadena to refill my water every week. But today Socal Water delivered 4 5-gallon water bottles to my home in Monterey Park! I only ordered 3 5-gallon bottles, but Levon gave me an extra one for FREE!!! Wow, what a generous guy!! Before switching to SoCal water I was going to Waterland of Pasadena no complaints there. However, I needed a delivery service since every week I was purchasing 6 jugs of water. I reached out to Levon and he immediately replied and told me he had a delivery service available. SCORE! I just discovered SoCal water this morning! I went to refill my 5 gallon bottle at another business down the street, but they were closed. So glad they were because Levon couldn't have been more helpful, courteous or friendly. Prices are great and it is rare to find a business owner who actually will go above and beyond with great customer service! I will buy some water and try out for a couple months before deciding to buy a Kangen machine. Levon is also a distributor so i will likely get a machine from him. Great place to get your, clean, healthy Kangen water! We have switched over from waterland because the owner seems very knowledgeable and confident about his water quality. He gave us a free gallon of Kangen on our first visit. He's a nice guy and the store seems to be a family business plus the delivery service is truly a life savor :) It is really nice of him to offer this service and he helps us with our two 5 gallon, glass containers up the stairs to our place. (race doesn't matter at all to us) and neither of us EVER had any complaints or problems at this store. In fact, (I am in a wheelchair) the guy that always helps us is SUPER NICE. He always helps me load my van with water. What I think is, generally IF you treat a person with respect and particularly if you are nice and have a nice tone of voice and facial expressions, you will usually get great service. Probably that person below was irritated that the machine took his money, and he or she had some sort of aggressive disposition manifested to the guy who was already helping someone. Folks, you have to wait your turn. My parents taught me that when I was FOUR. And no one likes to be snarled at. I don't even like it when pet dogs do that to me at peoples' homes. (Case in point - a little snarling Chihuahua lol) I will say another good thing about this store. One time when I was there buying a lot of water, when I went to pay, my card was declined. I didn't have enough cash money on me to pay, so he told me to pay him next time. How nice! You don't see that very often, particularly if your debit card is declined. :) So I went out of my way to come back that day and pay him what I owed him. He looked happy and surprised (lol) when I returned with the money. What's my point? It is this. I have NEVER had a problem at this store and we come frequently. Even the CUSTOMERS there are nice and offer to help me with my carts. The wheelchair probably has a lot to do with all that, but still, people, please think twice before you rag on a business here on yelp for next to nothing. People read these reviews and it DOES affect a business's livelihood. Everybody seems to want to get even now days and many times this is sometimes true because of little, trivial things. Let it go, I say... life is short and God is watching us all. P.S. - Btw... we never got diarrhea from their water or any water here in the U.S..

After we paid, he helped us carry the water to our car which was so nice of him. Really great customer service here and will definitely be coming back! :)

As soon as you walked in you're greeted and everything is very organized and cleaned which I appreciate! Can't rave about this place enough! The Kangen Water here is great pre filtered and it's only $1 a gallon, and I was schooled all about it. I have bought 2 phones from here and make my payments at the store over the phone! and got a free pretty pink phone case with that purchase :) I recently purchased a hookah for an unbelievable price! I also buy my favorite mint e juices here. And since I get off work late I park my car right in front of the store and get my water from the outside machine! WOW read more
