F-Minus for the health department to see your customers filling up multiple water jugs using the inside stores water dispensers. This Water Village Business is a major "clip joint" by quoting you a price to fill up your water jugs and then changing the price to pocket more money out of you to SCAM their customers. Ya sorry but I don't want to get the flu, fever, covid, germs or parasites when seeing customers filling up their own water jugs using the inside stores water dispensers. This place is just low class period to be allowing this because their own employees and staff are so LAZY. When there are 2 or 3 customers that are standing inside the store with water jugs, the employee will make you feel like you should give them a big fat TIP because they are working so hard to be filling up your water jugs so instead they will make you fill up your own water jugs and charge you more money, plus they want a $5 dollar TIP. I'm not sure why certain people think they are entitled to just just walk in with multiple empty water jugs and just CUT in line and go in front of you using the water dispensers nozzles like its a self services options just turning on/off the water filling up their water jugs like they own the house but the employees should control their own customers and tell them that its against the health department codes that they are violating. The woman that works at this Water Village located in eagle rock doesn't even tell the customers to stop using the water dispensers that are located inside the store because its against the law for Non-employees to be putting their hands on the water dispensers and water nozzles. The Water Village employees doesn't ever DISINFECTANT them after their own customers having been touching the water dispensers equipment which is totally gross. You will be getting a lot more germs, parasites, flu, fevers, etc from this Water Village in Eagle Rock since they allow their customers filling up their own water jugs using the INSIDE water dispensers Any reasons why the Water Village employees aren't using disinfectant on the water dispensers and water nozzles that are located inside the store since you're allowing your own customers to be filling up their own water jugs? read more

The only water station in the community which serves its purpose. I've seen them from 25c to $2.00/gallon. Understandably prices have gone up & they have diversified to peso exchange, travel trips, etc., no problem with that as they need to survive as long as the service stayed consistent . The service is good. Friendly owner and wife. Gets busy after 4pm during week. I go when all our water containers are almost empty to save time and hassle as parking can be a headache. Convenient for us as it's close to home and been coming here few years. They have other stuff for sale. They have cart for your use and you can ask for help putting the water containers in your car. I've been coming here for a few years now. I am a huge fan of this place because they offer Alkaline water at a reasonable price. They are a family owned business and operate with the community in mind. They are always super friendly and helpful. I love that they offer to help their clients with carrying their water to the car! They have great service! They offer many sustainable solutions to water containers, from plastic 5 gallon jugs, glass 5 gallon, and many more smaller options as well in both glass and non BPA plastic. The owners are super informative about their water and products and always offer helpful advice on how to store alkaline water and what containers are best for flavor and PH. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to switch from plastic bottles to a more affordable and sustainable way of living. They have limited parking available but there is usually a small wait. They also offer carts for those who are strong enough and able to load their own car! Overall it's a great shop! read more

It's a larger location with very helpful staff, dedicated parking, and right next door to Trader Joe's for that one two punch of taking care of all your errands at once! I also bought a BPA-Free 5 gallon jug filled with their reverse osmosis water- which, they didn't charge me for- and it tastes great. I'm so glad I didn't end up investing $400 on a Berkey Water filter on Amazon and chose to shop at Water Village instead. Cute store with great service! There are two parking spots right outside of the store reserved for customers purchasing water. They even have a cart that you can use to wheel out all those heavy gallons of water to your car. Inside the store you'll find water containers of all shapes and sizes! The young man helping me out that afternoon took the time to explain their alkaline systems. These guys are experts in H20. It's a clean store and a large location. Really great tasting water. I truly care a lot about the taste of my water; I can literally do a taste test of different brands of water and tell them apart. For example, Arrowhead kind of tastes like there's poop particles in the water, Dasani tastes like tap water stored in a bin sharing odors with Coca-Cola thus giving it this slightly sweet taste (but it's still ok to drink); Crystal Geiser tastes like Arrowhead but slightly better and less poo-flavor; Smart Water tastes like concrete kind of; Aquafina tastes like tap water mixed with .01% pool water; the only water bottles that are kind of tolerable are VOSS and FIJI. Imported asshole pretentious water - the most expensive but hey you get what you pay for. UNLESS you're here. Because at Water Village, they have this amazing Reverse Osmosis UV ray filtering technique that makes the water taste fkn AMAZING. And it's only 25 cents a gallon. Which is way better than both delivery service and/or buying water bottles or cases from the store. Since I started coming here, I've literally saved $100 a month on water. Thanks guys! read more

So, I bought a glass dispenser from the owner. It looked a little used because of the scratches on it. The plastic spout also looked a bit worn. But, I bought it anyway because it was the cheapest glass dispenser. A few months later, it starts to crack at the spout. He says that it's not a problem. What? "What if it breaks and there's 5 gallons of water on my floor," I asked him. He says it's not going to happen. Yeah. Ok. So I asked him sell me another dispenser at a discount, and that I will gladly give back the glass dispenser to him. The owner, being the cheap man that he is, didn't want give me any sort of discount. He said that he's not responsible for the (used) glass dispenser. Give me a break. These days I am concerned about my choices and how to prevent polluting my body so I am happy to have found a place offering real good and clean water. I cannot waste my money and pollute my body and the world with bottle water. Tap is just too tainted. Water village has a 9 stage filtration system. It goes through reverse osmosis, carbon activated fiters, uv filter and coconut shell filter that removes all taste. The result is very soft water that has absolutely no after taste, and free of metals, Chloride and Fluoride. All this information I learned all this from the helpful store attendant, he knows a lot about water, thankfully. If you watch the documentary "Flow" or "Blue Gold" you will gain a new view on water that will help you understand that tap water is strictly tested but though is clean, it is tainted with chemicals that are not good for people. Bottle water on the other hand is not regulated at all, and therefore is far more contaminated than toilet water. Also, is bottled by corporations that get it for free, pollute it and sell it for way to much. I strongly recommend either of those movies as they will change your life. read more

I'm very unsatisfied with Water Village's service. Last week, my boyfriend picked up a water dispenser and some water bottles from them and it was ok service. This week he went back to refill and get another bottle and the owner comes and tells him we owe him another 10 dollars from last week's transaction due to their own 'miscalculation'. Shady! They are a good water facility. I have been going here for over 3 years and the quality of the water (I get Purified water, not Alkaline) has always been good. The facility itself is OK, it is rather dark and a bit cluttered. Mostly I just get my water and go but my one consistent complaint would be that the staff is hit or miss on the friendly scale and communication can be difficult (or worse, I've had to stand and wait while the attendant was conversing with a friend or helped a friend ahead of me when I was there first, stuff like that). When I went to get water today they were closed with no sign or explanation of any kind. Unfortunately for Water Village, that lead me to find a better water facility. The new place I found is brighter, cleaner, and has a friendlier staff that even carried the water to my car for me, etc. So even though they've been fine the past few years, I will probably no longer be a regular Water Village customer. read more
