I brought an item to the register it said .50. The lady says you know this is not .50 cents and proceeds tell me 8 dollars. I go to put it back and she ask me to bring it back to her so she could price it because "someone had removed the price". Whatever crazy lady when over 90% of the store was not priced. And then she throws me attitude because I didn't buy it. The same time I was there some other women was told 30 dollars for some item and she left too. So let's recap - the store; depressing, dirty, narrow pathways and things blocking exits of a place. Women who was working has a major attitude. They would make more profit by turning the items donated at a smaller price point while merchandising better because they have room instead of over pricing and having a fire hazard mess.

I have a physical disability which is why I can't provide for my family and need help but the rules here are so hard to work with. A new rule has now made it so I can't go anymore. They have restricted that only one person go inside and I can't do the walking and shopping and I don't have one person that will be able to go every time for me. In the past I have just taken one person that was available to help. I don't know how single mothers that can't afford babysitters are supposed to come. You get one appointment time every two weeks and if your schedule changes or you can't make it you are out of luck. It is just too bad that help for those that truly need it is so hard to get.

When my shift was over, I found myself pouting a little because I wasn't ready to leave. I could sort food all day! I love how efficient they are and that they can stretch a donated dollar into over $7 worth of goods. If you're looking for a worthy cause to donate food, money or time to, this is a good one to consider.

Wonderful non profit we donate to as a church and love them dearly! We have volunteered here for…read moredifferent things but one we did recently was in the summer they barely get donations so we were part of helping them by getting donations from warped tour that they collect and then bringing it back to Crossroads and unloading it. Learning about what they do as an organization has been AMAZING. Super encouraged by them and the way they bless the community and provide resources for people who may not have any. They are a community and they do vouchers for families as well as supply food, have a thrift store, they also have diapers. So if you know anyone who may be homeless or helpless, recommend non profits such as this one because they exist for the people of this area and really want to help be apart of the solution to the problems that exist!

And they get things done! Very effective at lobbying the Utah Legislature on behalf of those who can not advocate for themselves. Donate - they need money, food, etc. Probably our favorite charity.
