The first time you visit, you'll meet with an intake specialist to go over how things work. You'll need photo ID for each adult in the household along with proof of residency (utility bill, etc.) If you have children under 17 years old, bring documentation for them as well (school records, etc.) Upon arrival, clients are given a number and asked to take a seat in the waiting room. They are called up in order, staggering between each one to avoid overcrowding in the shopping area. Volunteers are available to help guide customers to find products they need and answer any questions they have. Don't waste your time here. The store is a crowded safety issue level mess. I love a good hunt…read morebut this place is a joke. There are very few posted prices. I brought an item to the register it said .50. The lady says you know this is not .50 cents and proceeds tell me 8 dollars. I go to put it back and she ask me to bring it back to her so she could price it because "someone had removed the price". Whatever crazy lady when over 90% of the store was not priced. And then she throws me attitude because I didn't buy it. The same time I was there some other women was told 30 dollars for some item and she left too. So let's recap - the store; depressing, dirty, narrow pathways and things blocking exits of a place. Women who was working has a major attitude. They would make more profit by turning the items donated at a smaller price point while merchandising better because they have room instead of over pricing and having a fire hazard mess.
