They had a used tire in stock and it was just what I needed. It is less than a year old with excellent tread depth. I just needed a tire to get me a few months until the other three got nearer to replacement. Instead, I got a nearly new tire. The service was great. The price was about 15% of what a new tire would have run me. Finally, from the time I turned over the keys, they got me back on the road in 17 minutes. You can't beat that. Highly recommend.

Upfront about what needs to be done now, what can wait, and what it will cost. Take the time to explain things to a non-mechanic person like me. I have stopped in with a last-minute repair when I popped part of my front valance off on a curb, they pulled it in and riveted it back in place and weren't even going to charge me - I think I gave him $20, but I'm sure it was worth much more. I have personally witnessed them doing the same sort of thing for other people when I've been waiting for repairs. They truly care about their customers and community!

I told customer service in no uncertain terms that I did not want the order cancelled. Today I check back and the order has been cancelled. Do not buy anything from Walmart.com as there is no assurance you will ever get your order and no resolution. I was basically told by an agent take it or leave it. A whole week wasted. The answer was to send me a $10 off on my next purchase coupon. Walmart thinks they can screw you over, then buy you off for $10. DO NOT ORDER TIRES FROM WALMART!!!!
