Six months later a storm passed by our home with 45mph winds and hail which ripped apart several roof shingles. It was time to address the issue so I reached out to Stuart and found Wagoner Construction and began the process of estimating and evaluating our residential repairs. This took less than 2 days and offered several options depending on the price of best value to builders grade quality shingles. Within days of the inspection the crew had us on their schedule to arrive. The Work Crew showed up at 7:15AM with a friendly greeting and started staging everything they needed to begin and finish their project. Instantly you could see that this work crew led by Fabio have been doing their job together for several years. Around 9 AM, their supervisor, Matt showed up and made sure that everyone had every detail covered including one worker who needed a company shirt so he looked professional. Very impressive! I learned that this company was founded around 2001 and they have high ratings for their high standards of service. It definitely showed as these members worked quickly, efficiently and with total respect for each other. Quite honestly, they worked together like a large family that had been together for 20+ years. By 3pm of that same day, the Wagoner Construction Company cleaned up, cracked a few harmless jokes and headed home after discussing their next job site in Tiger, GA nearly 2 hours away from me in Dawsonville, GA. It is very easy for me to recommend Wagoner Construction and Roofing Company for their quality, professionalism, experience and great value to their customers. From the very first contact with the P&C licensed adjuster, Terry Roberts, to the crew, we were incredibly impressed with the work ethic! I really cannot overstate how impressive this company is. Yesterday at exactly the time Wagner Construction said they would show up to replace our roof, they sprang into action like some finely tuned machine or well-trained special ops team. Tarps were placed around our entire home and then eight men ascended our roof to begin removing the damaged shingles. A huge dumpster arrived and put in place. The work took the entire day and owner, David Wagoner was on site to supervise every step of the process. There was no loud radio blaring, no yelling among crew members ... just a seriously skilled crew of men executing their jobs well. If you have had a roof replaced, then you understand the amazing mess it generates on the property below; nails can be found weeks later. By day's end, my husband I were looking at a new roof and an immaculate landscape below. We couldn't find one nail, no missed piece of shingle, and even fallen autumn leaves were cleared from our circular drive. One day! One business executing excellence! I highly recommend Wagoner Construction, unconditionally. You will not be disappointed either!
