Six months later a storm passed by our home with 45mph winds and hail which ripped apart several roof shingles. It was time to address the issue so I reached out to Stuart and found Wagoner Construction and began the process of estimating and evaluating our residential repairs. This took less than 2 days and offered several options depending on the price of best value to builders grade quality shingles. Within days of the inspection the crew had us on their schedule to arrive. The Work Crew showed up at 7:15AM with a friendly greeting and started staging everything they needed to begin and finish their project. Instantly you could see that this work crew led by Fabio have been doing their job together for several years. Around 9 AM, their supervisor, Matt showed up and made sure that everyone had every detail covered including one worker who needed a company shirt so he looked professional. Very impressive! From the very first contact with the P&C licensed adjuster, Terry Roberts, to the crew, we were incredibly impressed with the work ethic! I really cannot overstate how impressive this company is. Yesterday at exactly the time Wagner Construction said they would show up to replace our roof, they sprang into action like some finely tuned machine or well-trained special ops team. Tarps were placed around our entire home and then eight men ascended our roof to begin removing the damaged shingles. A huge dumpster arrived and put in place. The work took the entire day and owner, David Wagoner was on site to supervise every step of the process. There was no loud radio blaring, no yelling among crew members ... just a seriously skilled crew of men executing their jobs well. If you have had a roof replaced, then you understand the amazing mess it generates on the property below; nails can be found weeks later. By day's end, my husband I were looking at a new roof and an immaculate landscape below. We couldn't find one nail, no missed piece of shingle, and even fallen autumn leaves were cleared from our circular drive. One day! One business executing excellence! I highly recommend Wagoner Construction, unconditionally. You will not be disappointed either!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I have a 2009 E350 sport that I switched all my bulbs to LED. I got them all…read moreworking but when I was installing the last bulb on the driver side headloght the wires were stripped and must've made a short. They would work but flicker then headlights stopped working. Only the yellow fog lights worked. Fuses were good. I replaced the headlights And nothing. Turned out I needed to replace the SAM. Something I can DIY, but this would need programming from Mercedes tech after install, so a shop would need to do it. I got a quote of $1,000 to replace and program the SAM From Solo. They said this would fix my issue and my LED's would work. When I went to pickup the car they charged me $200 more claiming Mercedes tech price went up from when they quoted me. Whatever if they got them to work but they didn't. They only got my headlights to work with regular bulbs. They didn't even install bulbs correctly claiming they couldn't screw them in. They wanted to charge me extra to remove the bumper to install the bulbs. I was like no! You don't need to remove the bumper to install bulbs. Only to replace headlights do you need to remove the bumper. My blinkers didn't work. My yellow fog lights passenger side flickered. It took me 20mins to properly install the bulb In the parking lot at advance auto parts. Replaced the LED bulbs for the blinkers and fog lights with regular bulbs to get them to work. Basically I paid $1,200 to be back to square one doing half of the work myself. Now I have to find someone that knows that can get my LED bulbs to work. Their politeness and professionalism was deceitful. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. Never again will I take my cars to them. Not to mention I let them know I live in Duluth and took it to their location in Gainesville an hour away. CISTOMERS BEWARE!!!
