After picking the truck up the third time, it broke down due to overheating. Had it towed where it sat momentarily and the transmission still leaked. I had to make the decision to accept a loss due to not wanting to take the truck for a 4th time and having additional issues once I received the vehicle. I had to take the truck into another shop to diagnose and fix. BEWARE To the shop owner that replied: Please read the review of its entirety! You had (3) attempts! And you couldn't get it right. So miraculously my truck started overhearing after pick up which cracked the heads and the truck went down for a while. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company after all the issues you have given my son and I. Record keeping: it's not my responsibility to keep up with this but my American Express shows the deduction date August 2nd 2025 of $2622 for the rebuild. I suppose it's easier for you to deny if you don't have record. Only reason I waited this long is because the extent of damage caused by the overheating made me replace the entire engine. As a Veteran to others take this warning and be careful when you do business with this company despite the other reviews. The message from the business owner Christian is a copy and paste response. So professional. Even though I spoke to him and his wife or receptionist when the complications were going on. He even towed it from my house. Funny how Christian forgets!

I told her to take it to my buddy Danny at Pro Transmissions & Automotive who I've known for half of my life for a second opinion. Danny did what Danny does: he properly diagnosed the problem and determined that the van did not need an entirely new engine. His team replaced the necessary gaskets, completed the head-gasket and timing job, and got my sister back on the road for about half of what the other shop had quoted. Honest diagnosis, quality work, and a huge amount of money saved. If you're facing an expensive repair, take your vehicle to Danny before giving up on it. I cannot recommend this shop enough, a second opinion from the right shop can make all the difference! It has been sitting outside on Sean's property collecting dust and debris for over four months. Sean originally took on this project and told us that if he got backed up, Jay would step in to help get the car up and running. We were completely fine with that. However, without any clear communication, we suddenly found ourselves dealing only with Jay. Communication since then has been terrible. We receive no updates unless my husband repeatedly calls, texts, and pushes for answers. Each time we are told additional money is needed for parts or labor, my husband immediately withdraws the funds and pays them. In December, we were told an additional $2,000 was needed for labor just to get started. My husband withdrew the $2,000 and paid it, and we were told that would cover the remaining labor. Since then, nothing has been done. No labor. No progress. No updates. All the parts needed to rebuild the entire front end are there. The car has not been touched. Now we are getting the runaround. Jay does not respond to calls or texts, and Sean claims he has nothing to do with it -- yet the vehicle is still sitting on Sean's property, and Sean is the one who originally took on the project before passing it off. At this point, this feels like a complete scam. We have documentation, text messages, proof of payments, and photos posted on their Facebook page. This situation is beyond unacceptable. We do not recommend Sean or Jay for any projects in the Gwinnett, Winder, or Barrow County areas. We are prepared to pursue legal action to resolve this matter. This has been 100% ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
