He barely touched my knee and pretty much dismissed anything I said and since "nothing" showed on xray he wanted to give me cortisone shot and send me on my way. Still continued to have major pain in my knee so I went to Titan Orthopedics and even without having MRI, Dr John Lochemes knew I had a torn meniscus. He squeezed/touched/moved my knee several different ways and said he was 99% sure it was torn meniscus, after MRI it was confirmed I actually had 2 tears.

Great Therapy - from a Great Therapist…read more I had had surgery a month or so before my surgeon referred me to Results for help in the healing process. Jill was quite good at knowing what exercises and lifestyle adjustments I needed to make to begin the healing process. We got along great from the get go. In fact, all of the staff are easy to get along with. I gotta warn you though, guys, it's all women - wait a minute, that was not a bad thing after all. Each time we met, not only did Jill make sure I knew what I needed to do - she gave me "homework" - more "stuff" to do before my next visit. As I have included these exercises in my daily routine, I have begun my healing process. Although my therapy sessions are over now, Jill told me that I could call her if I had questions later. All in all, I learned many skills and techniques during my sessions that will help me in the weeks ahead. I've just had one session so far - so I'd like to update this after the end of our sessions - but I am so impressed with Anna! You can tell she cares a great deal about her patients and about her line of work. I felt like "man, I am in the right place." PT work is difficult because you are retraining your body to do stuff it should be doing. FRUSTRATING! But Anna breaks it down into bite-sized pieces that you can manage. Thank. God. For. That!!!! I couldn't recommend this place and this physical therapist enough!
