I let them know I've only done a few classes before and the instructor Jasmine was so sweet in making sure I knew what to do during the class and helped me with my form as needed, without making it obvious to the others, which I appreciated. I really enjoyed the class and would come back! I also loved that they wrote me a little note to add a touch of personalization to it all and gave it to me at the end of class. Definitely recommend checking them out! They have multiple locations across the DFW area.

Excellent time slots for early risers to attack your workout first thing. It is 50-60 minutes of strength training (AMRAP/high intensity) with intervals. Certain days they will target certain areas of the body. Aileen is a great morning instructor and helpful with making sure you do the exercises properly. What I also love is the community feel of the early morning group. I can tell the people who come here are consistent and they all know each other. If you are beginner they will offer modifications as well. Come in ready to work hard and work up a sweat. I am sore after every workout. Also they have a couple of showers if you need to book it to work after! BYO towels and etc. They also have a small water cooler in the back.

I don't know much about bikes, so I called to see if I could bring it in. They inspected everything at no charge, were incredibly friendly, and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. They even adjusted the brakes I had accidentally messed up and took their time walking me through what they were doing. WARNING about cancellation and billing at EōS Fitness…read more If you are thinking about joining this gym, please read this first. My experience trying to cancel my membership has been unbelievably frustrating and feels designed to make cancellation nearly impossible. When I attempted to cancel, I was told that I could not cancel unless I paid a renewal fee that had not even come due yet. In other words, I would have to pay a future renewal fee just to stop my membership. That made absolutely no sense. Because of this, I went into the gym in person to resolve the issue. I spoke directly with the General Manager, Chris Marriotti, explained the billing situation, and told him that I had been unable to cancel my membership properly. He told me that both my wife's membership and my membership were canceled and that everything was taken care of. Unfortunately, that was not true. Despite being told in person by the general manager that the memberships were canceled, the gym continues to charge the account and has now even added late fees. The memberships still appear to be active even though we were told everything had been handled. So now I am dealing with charges, late fees, and a membership that was supposed to already be canceled by management. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When a customer goes in person, speaks to the general manager, and is told everything is resolved, that should be the end of it. Instead, it has turned into an ongoing billing issue. If you are considering joining this gym, I strongly recommend reading the contract very carefully and understanding exactly how their cancellation process works before signing anything.

When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

It is located in the Shops of Legacy, which is a great location, so there are a lot of different restaraunts and shops nearby as well. It provides towels throughout the whole building. The staff keeps the gym and locker room nice and clean. It is also never to crowded so I could also get to the machine I wanted to use. The gym is 2 stories tall; the first floor is generally an open space with a bunch of different kinds of equipment to use such as kettle bells, dumbells, bench press, resistance bands, brick wall(slam wall), and battle ropes. They also have a room with boxing bags for the classes. The classes and trainers are incredible. I have never left a workout or workout class unsatisfied. Results do show at the gym. The workers are very friendly and when I first joined, the front desk and trainers instantly remembered who I was. The 2nd floor has a numerous amount and variety of cardio machines. All the machines and equipment in this gym is definitely the top notch equipment I have seen at a gym. The free weight room is one of my favorite free weight gym. They have every bench/machine/free weights needed from bench press, decline press, incline, to squat rack and a smith machine. The classes are incredible as well. At first I was a bit nervous about workout classes, but after trying a few I instantly loved them. The group trainers are fun and motivating, and their workouts will not disappoint. There are so many classes available such as run club, boxing, kick boxing, yoga, zumba, core conditioning, BodypumpTM, tabata and many more. The classes are for all levels, and there is a class provided for beginngers getting into workout as well. There are also advance boot camp classes, and a crossfit class has just arrived as well. Overall, this is my favorite place to workout at, and I will continue to workout here. People who love to workout and people who are just beginning to workout, this is definitely the place to be!
